Great communication great product and delivered when they said it would 👍

I cannot, unfortunately, comment upon the quality of the products because Floors Direct were not able to provide me with what I ordered.
Having placed a large order, paid in full and received a confirmation invoice by e-mail, I realised the next day that I had neglected to include some accessories. I decided to phone Floors Direct to see if they could add these to the delivery to avoid extra postage.
It was then that I was informed that the items on my original order, which I had paid for, were not actually available anymore, despite the fact that they were still advertising them on their website.
Because I had already laid some of this laminate flooring some time ago and needed more to match in the adjoining space, Direct Floors suggestion to choose an alternative was simply not an option because I would have to replace the flooring I had already laid.
Consequently I had to cancel my order and search for other suppliers to supply the required laminate.
On the plus side, I was refunded within two days.
I would suggest that Direct Floors update their website in real time to prevent people inadvertently ordering products thay they cannot supply.

The floors from Floors direct is great quality, you can not beat floors direct for quality and price. Above great customer service nothing is too much trouble after sales is excellent always willing to advise I have no issues in recommending floors direct. Great service at a great price

I absolutely love my flooring, just beautiful. The only thing was the delivery driver refused to bring my flooring into the estate, he said he couldn't get his lorry into the estate! But our rubbish lorry gets in no problem! My flooring was taken back, I had to cancel my floor fitter for the following day! Floors direct said they'd have to get a smaller van to deliver it but could take 3/5 days. Floors direct managed to get it to me the very next day. The driver was very helpful too. Very satisfied. The only thing now is I want to go right through with the same flooring but have been told the smaller vans will only bring 3vpacks at a time! Which is pretty inconvenient. Floors direct threw in a free roll of underlay, which was great. The company is excellent.

Reason ive put a 4 is so I'm very happy with the laminate the delivery was on time with friendly helpfull delivery people that's a 5 the only reason a four is ive not put it down yet but so far so good

Ordered some samples just paid delivery, great quality and decent size sample and fast delivery just need to choose one to order now as I like them all!! Would recommend

Overall Happy with the service provided - The delivery was slightly delayed by the distributer, but they were communicative once it was brought to their attention, and delivered it as soon as they were able. Would happily use again.

Bought laminate that was on offer and was pleased to find out there was no catch, exclusion or gimmick attached. Great phone service too. Good price, very quick delivery (free) and no damages. Would recommend.

We purchased some vinyl click floor tiles from this company about a year and a half ago. We did try contact Floors Direct last year and explained that it is breaking.

We were asked to send in some photos and videos which we did. Unfortunately, it was made known to us that the Techno board underlay we fitted, also bought from Floors Direct, was not suitable for vinyl click flooring and was most likely causing the floor to break. We understand that was our error but we weren't advised at the stage of buying about this, which would have been incredibly helpful.

When we reached out to try get a resolution, the responses we received from the sales team were short, rude and unhelpful.

We now need to replace our entire kitchen floor and due to the lack of customer service, we don't feel that this company is the place to purchase this from. Having read other reviews about their 'after care' service, we were quite shocked and disappointed really. It's such a shame because we were so pleased with the flooring initially.

I have ordered from them 4 times and each time has been prompt delivery. Items were good quality and reasonably priced.

I ordered a floor that was not in stock and they ordered it for me it took a while to be shipped due to the war and shipping being redirected however they kept me in the loop and once it arrived it was delivered promptly.
so a big thankyou to you all, and I love the floor and would defiantly order from you again.

We ordered on the Thursday and the entire order arrived on the Tuesday the following week, they were no damages or missing items

The flooring arrived on time. Looks better than in photos, very realistic, great colour. Extremely happy with it.

Never again got a date for delivery but it was not available then they delivered it without letting me know it was coming so the man dropped it outside my house in the rain i asked if he could take it my house has iam disabled and had no idea the floor was coming paid 45 pound for delivery but they left it out side

Absolutely horrendous customer service.
Sent out faulty flooring, all boards were warped and multiple had no laminate on the v grooves.
Half the flooring had been laid by the fitters I’d hired by the time I got home & told them to stop as it was so poor quality.

As the flooring has been used they have refused to refund or replace it which has left me out of pocket paying people to lay the floor and now having to pay again to have it taken up and replaced.

I am in the process of reporting to trading standards and seeking advice from UKICC as this company seem unaware of the consumer rights act (or don’t think the law applies to them.)

The flooring I bought was exactly the colour and texture we were looking for. Unfortunately I ordered and paid for it before the company informed me that it was not in stock for at least 3 weeks. This meant I had to move several jobs around to accommodate this causing some disruption. The products I have had previously from Floors Direct have been as expected and fit for purpose but I cannot yet comment on the latest one as it has not yet arrived. If you haven't got it, don't sell it.
