Second time in as many months I've used…
Second time in as many months I've used Floors for Paws and both times have been faultless from start to finish. First used in our kitchen as extensive searches came back as they are the best for dog safe flooring and following a conversation regarding the best for Slip resistance I ordered from their Pet safe Domestic range. Not only has our pup not slipped at all even during a Zoomie but neither have we despite coming in from torrential rain. Initially we had laminate down in our dogs room but after a few weeks with Floors for Paws flooring we decided to replace it with the same range as the kitchen. A quick phone call regarding availability and to see if they could deliver on a specific day as I work shifts, and as agreed this morning (13/06/24) my flooring arrived as agreed and is now ready to get laid in our bear cubs bedroom.
To note that we have a 35kg 11 month old Bernese Mountain dog and she has not marked the flooring at all in the kitchen and happily sleeps on it.
Preparation is the key though as we laid it on levelled screed to get a perfectly flat finish.
Customer services should be given 6 stars as not only are they very informative on their products but also very friendly, even remembering me from my first order. Not the cheapest but you do get an excellent product that does what it says on the tin in conjunction with excellent customer services.

Nothing much to say
Nothing much to say. Ordered samples, they didn't arrive. Ordered again with a note advising that the first samples didn't come, but these didn't arrive again so won't be ordering any.
Both sets of samples were from the domestic range. I initially got the commercial ones via my partner's email, then realised my mistake and ordered from the domestic range twice. None arrived.

I’m a veterinary physiotherapist so I’m really obsessed with dogs not walking on slippy surfaces, especially in the home.
I have a just had the paw safe flooring laid in my bedroom.
I slo-mo filmed my 11 month cocker pup trotting over it as there is really no slippage.
I’m very pleased with it.

I have used floors for paws before, they are were great the first time and even better this time.
I have used Floorsforpaws before when I lived in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire, where the company is based. But this is sadly the first I have put a review on for them. I should have done so before.
They have been great on this occasion and the other times I have used them.
* They helped me choose the right flooring I needed.
* They advised what was the best adhesive and what tools I needed to do the job.
* I will use these guys again and again, as the service is great, the advice on how to do the job was first class.
*I would not hesitate to say that I am over the moon with the product, the service and even the delivery, it came on the day it was ment to and everything was there and all in perfect condition.
* I will be using them again🙂
Floors4Paws flooring is fantastic
Floors4Paws flooring is fantastic, one of the best things we have ever done. The quality is amazing, it does what it says, it's scratch resistant, waterproof and looks brilliant. The customer service is also brilliant, Tracy and Mo respond quickly to emails. The whole process from start to finish was refreshingly perfect. I would highly recommend Floors4Paws.

We had floors for paws fitted…
We had floors for paws fitted throughout our veterinary clinic which is a dedicated canine rehabilitation and pain management centre. We wanted a high quality comfortable and non slip flooring and it does the job perfectly even in our hydrotherapy room. The non slip floor really helps put our patients at ease even though many of them are painful, anxious or geriatric. The clients love it too. It looks smart and less clinical, helping to create our relaxed but professional atmosphere. We have had the flooring done for two years now and it still looks like new.

It does what it says.
We have nine dogs, several are ageing and starting to find laminate difficult to walk on. Our hobby is dog agility and an acquaintance at a show one day recommended Floors for Paws. After checking their website we sent for samples. A reasonably seamless progression led to having their flooring fitted in our hall and dining room by Jason who obviously knew his business well. After the recommended time for adhesive setting, with bated breath, we took our 16 year old collie onto the new flooring and were staggered when he moved flawlessly to the external door. Such a difference for the old boy who often collapsed on laminate and had to be carried outside. It is easy to clean and maintain. We couldn't be more impressed and we are planning to have another room floored during the summer.

It really is as good as they say it is.
I found Floors for Paws on an internet search while looking for "dog proof" flooring. To start with it seemed too good to be true but after contacting them I was starting to think that this could be just what I was after.
I explained that I have a dog who has had spinal issues and is prone to slipping. I was assured that this flooring really would make a difference. Samples followed and I asked many, many questions. It never seemed like I was bothering anyone. Floors for Paws just wanted to make sure that I got the right product.
The estimate, site survey and final fixed quotation were totally painless and a fitting date was fixed around my schedule.
Lee, the fitter, was polite and courteous and very helpful. He kept us informed about progress and what to expect next. I can't fault the chap. Fitting took three days with the majority of the time being spent on preparation so I know he has done a thorough job. It all came together on the last day and what a marvelous job he did too.
What really matters, is that the flooring really is as good as they said it was. It looks fabulous and, most importantly, my dogs are happily walking on it with no mats to prevent them falling.
Thank you Floors for Paws. I am a very happy customer.

Great flooring
Great flooring, Floors for Paws have been an excellent and efficient company to deal with from our initial enquiry through to completion . We are very pleased with the flooring, it has transformed our lounge and works really well for our pets. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Thank you!
I found Floors for Paws by chance…
I found Floors for Paws by chance researching flooring for our bungalow and was impressed. I spoke to Tracy and ordered. We went for the CAM flooring in Teddy. We have two terriers who love racing around and a long hallway so wanted anti slip and quieter than laminate. So happy with our flooring, looks great, is easily cleaned, feels nice underfoot and is not as noisy as the vinyl floor in our dining kitchen. I also love that they donate to charity as both our dogs are rescues! Highly recommended.
Professional and friendly company with fantastic dog friendly flooring
A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A really personal experience from Tracy when organising everything. She was always prompt with her responses and super helpful. We love the quality of the floor and a 30 year guarantee is so reassuring. Our fitter Paul was brilliant. He took so much care and has done a perfect job. We will definitely use Floors for Paws again when we redecorate our kitchen. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who cares for their dogs joints but also wants an easy clean and hygienic floor.
Service and support like it used to be
I first engaged with floors for paws when I was considering the flooring. The help and support I got was amazing, making sure i had everything I needed to make the right decision. We went ahead, the ordering process and communication is amazing, and so many retailers could learn so much from these guys. The fitting and the product....just WOW. and I mean wow. We had our ground floor done. We are already planning other areas upstairs now too.....

Go to Floors for Paws
I went to Floors for Paws just over a year ago for my new Bungalow. Had stone look Irish Wolfhound as it is waterproof and I (as a personal choice) had to have the same throughout. Tracy was great with advice and organising. The fitters came halfway down the country and rented a caravan for the week that they needed to lay the flooring. Excellent service and they worked till late to get the job done.
A year on the flooring still looks great, is easy to maintain and my springer spaniel doesn't slip and slide everywhere.

GW Floors was recommended to lay my floors for paws floor & I would highly recommend them & floors for paws. Grant was very polite, friendly & professional & did an excellent job. The floor itself looks great, my dogs seem fine on it so far & this is day one. Tracy at floors for paws was great getting it all ordered & delivered. I would use both again.
So pleased with our new floor
So pleased with our new floor! Looks and feels great for us and the dogs.
Floors for Paws were prompt and helpful throughout the process. Thank you !
Greenwood review
This is our second time using floors for paws and this experience was every bit as good as the first. Tracy was extremely helpful when placing our order which was delivered exactly when stated. Our fitter Jamie was fab squeezing us in before our furniture is delivered, not to mention very friendly and just a lovely guy. We chose greenwood as that is what we have in the other rooms. The quality is fab and it looks great. After 2 and a half years wear in the other rooms it still looks new and is so easy to clean up after mucky pups! Excellent service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
One word...SUPERB!!!!!!
Thank you Tracey for all your help re getting the product all 180 square metres of it and thank you Andy for fitting it so brilliantly. I am so impressed with the resilience to scratching and marking even though Andy had to work round builders on my property so it has been thoroughly tested and our dog loves it too. The look of real wood is amazing one guest thought we had laid reclaimed wood can't get a better compliment. Thanks all and by the way 5 stars are not enough
Very happy customer
Very happy customer. I had my hall, landing and stairs done Jan 2022, looked so good and still does, so when it was time to replace the bedroom carpet April 2023, I went with Floors For Paws again, as I have a couple of house rabbits, who have a tendency to chew carpet. The flooring looks great, the company is also very good to deal with. Tracy is both friendly and efficient. The fitting of the floor was subcontracted out to Jamie, who is local to my area, and I found him to be affable, knowledgeable, and skilled, at his job. Seems the rabbits and dog are also pleased with the new floor.
Superb quality product
Superb quality product, started with one room and nearly finished the house now!
The customer service is second to none, Mo and Tracy very helpful.
