I wonder what these people think about a special day that gets ruined because of unresponsive not delay but no delivery was made. I need a refund please be responsive just the way you were responsive before the payment was made.

I placed an order on Flora2000, called the following day, and asked for a status around 9 a.m. Richard emailed me around 1 p.m. saying it was out for delivery and, by 6 p.m., sent me another email stating "unavailability of fresh flowers"—the end. Then, someone named Anna emailed saying the same thing (collaborating on stories) and asked if I had another day for delivery. No one addressed the lie they told me at 1 p.m. that the order was out for delivery. Then, they made it seem that I was at fault. Making the customer happy or correcting their mistake never entered their minds.

So, in short, Richards's email was intentionally misleading and a lie. My order was never out for delivery, nor was it filled. He knew the status of my order when you sent the email. To mislead a customer who trusted their business for a vital occasion was disrespectful and disgusting. I have ordered and shipped flowers worldwide and have never heard of "unavailability of fresh flowers" before. And to tell me at the end of the day when I could have called another florist is only described as greedy and heartless.

We had a great experience, quick and fast to respond, great customer service and wonderful arrangement. I highly recommend them. If you have not tried them you are missing out.

I asked for a certain day delivery well in advance and the company was able to oblige. I thought the display of flowers would have been a tad more in the box bouquet, but it seemed a little sparse in the picture my friends sent to me, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. Maybe, just the way the camera shot was sent. All in all, my friends were happy with the delivery and the flowers.

You can't improve on perfect! My experience was wonderful. I was kept up to date with how my order was doing. Advised when it was delivered. This company is truly remarkable & the recipient was extremely happy.

I ordered their orange and yellow arrangement and after telling me they didn't have the exact flowers in stock but would match them as best they could for color and value, they sent her pink roses that looked like greenery with roses as an after thought.

But at least she got them.

I complained but they have chosen to ignore me.

Ordered a bouquet in the UK to go to Australia. Order was placed with 2 weeks notice. Having not heard anything from the expectant recipient on the due date, I contacted the company, who informed me that there were no available flowers in the shop. Having then said that I still wanted something sent, saying that I didn't mind whether it was a bouquet or even a pot plant we then went through a prolonged correspondence, through email, with them telling me I was going to get an upgrade and 5% refund from my order. It then took another week for the delivery to be made. The quality of the flowers were disappointing at best. They all looked as if they had spent a couple of days blooming prior to being out in the display. I sent a photograph of the bouquet to Flora2000 who said I would get another 5% off equalling 10% in total. The upgrade was apparently 4 melted chocolates having been left outside in the warm Australian heat. At no time did I want refunds on the present I was sending however I did want a lovely quality bouquet sent to a relative. Sadly they missed the mark both on delivery date and quality.

I ordered a bouquet of red roses from South Africa to be delivered to my daughter in a small town in Portugal on her birthday, the 8th of May. What a wonderful surprise I had when she sent me a photo of the beautiful fresh roses delivered early on the morning of her birthday!

The package was delivered on the right time. The package exceeds of what was expect and the recipient was so very happy about it.

They kept in close touch. I’m in Texas and the flowers were being sent to Canada so I was a bit nervous. They even called before delivering and emailed immediately after they were delivered. My sister loved her arrangement. I will definitely use them again

I’ve used this service three times now each time has been problematic and stressful. The flowers never get delivered especially on time. They do a completely horrible job on keeping you updated if your order is cancelled or if there’s anything wrong with the order very bad experience, and if you want to save yourself, a whole load of stress and hassle and money I would not recommend using these guys
