Very nice staff, active on their chat box and replies on my email everytime, the delivery was a little bit late but it's ok. They also gave me a full refund because of the delay, I'm just asking for atleast 70% of my payment coz they delivered the flowers already, but still they gave me a full refund. Thank you so much.! We ordered flowers from England to be delivered on a particular day to our Daughter-in-Law in America.
There was no sign of the flowers throughout the day & although I had read reviews before ordering we started to look at others and found a lot of very negative reviews. I really started to worry but I needn't have as the flowers arrived early evening and our Daughter-in-Law who has just been through an awful experience was delighted with them. Both her and our Son said they are the nicest smelling flowers they've ever had and that the arrangement is beautiful and from the photo's they sent we were very happy with them as it was exactly what we ordered. I can only assume that the negative comments came from rival companies as we are very happy customers :)

I arranged for flowers ti be delivered to a friend in canada. I ordered these from Scitland using tjis company and instructed they be delivered on a specific day. They arrived exactly as requested and the flower arrangement was beautiful. I was so pleased with this company

Bad experience with Flora 2000. I ordered through them as they advertised a Christmas day delivery available. However, once I paid for my order, I was informed a day before the delivery that the shop was too busy and my order would not be delivered on the 25th but on the 27th. At this stage I had no other option anymore but wait. On the 27th, I was informed that the shop was closed and my order had to wait until the 28th. On the 28th, I was informed that the shop was still closed and that my order would be delivered on the 29th. This spoiled our Christmas present to an elderly person unfortunately, but Flora 200 did acknowledge the issue which was due to stock and outlet problems and offered a 50% refund on the order. A much appreciated professional gesture.

So far all I can give is one star. I ordered a poinsettia plant to be delivered to a cemetery family tomb in Italy (my father passed away 1 year ago). This was to have been delivered on December 14th. I have not received any form of confirmation. I have written 2 emails with no reply. I have provided them with all forms of contact for both myself and the cemetery office. Deliveries to cemeteries is a service they offer.
I’m extremely upset and feel I have been scammed!
Unfortunately, when an online company conducts business this way, all the consumer can do is feel scammed. There is no telephone number to call.
My order was over $100 Canadian.

They made an extra effort to get the flowers to the locations. I really apprecaite it.

I ordered some flowers from Australia to be delivered to Germany on 2 December 2021. The flowers arrived on time and my friend was so happy. The flowers were fresh and she got exactly what I ordered. I will definitely use Flora2000 again. Thank you.

Very disappointed. The flowers for my mom did not deliver the day requested. I ordered Crimson Cheer but what my mother in Sweden received was embarrassing. They looked like they picked some grass straws in the woods together with some pine twigs and 3 old roses.
I wanted to surprise my mom with some nice flowers and these ugly depressing flowers was delivered, Shame on you.

I have been able to utilize Flora2000.com for every occasion imaginable. From Birthdays, to VAlentine's Day regards, to Just because occasions...there are so many times to celebrate with family, even if they are not nearby in physical proximity, for the times being.

Truly <33 their prompt deliveries and varieties to choose from.

When you think of '..family', who do 'you' think of ?

Sent flowers from the US to Columbia. Was truly surprised when they arrived on the day I chose and were just as ordered. Hard to believe but true. I will use the service again.

Customer service has been prompt and outstanding. Everyone was so kind and was able to accommodate a unique situation I was dealing with. I can't express my gratitude enough to them.

This resource for sending flowers has consistently fulfilled our agreement by sending very good floral items to the correct address and on time. This has been the case for my requests for addresses in Europe as well as the USA. The company retains the required personal information so that I can post requests with little effort.

The flowers were delivered 5 days late and claims that we were not in to receive them were also because I was working from home and my daughter was home, because it is school holidays, therefore either the florist in Geneva or their delivery agent was not honest in reporting the failed delivery.
The quality of the flowers is very poor for USD122. These looked cheaper than those on sale in my local petrol station. The delivery cost was chf18 (about USD20).
My wife received aggressive phone calls from the florist in Geneva.
Overall, this was a terrible customer experience for our family and distressing to all involved.

I am using this service yearly for sending birthday greetings to the family friends.
