The order was late
The order was late!
I made an order for the morning slot, it was supposed to be shipped before 1pm but the person to whom I sent the gift only received it after 3pm. I had to call and make them wait 2 hours (it was supposed to be a birthday gift).
That was not all, the bouquet was way smaller than the display. I picked the "enormement" and did definitely not received the right size.

Terrible customer service
Within two minutes of putting in an order I realised the date of delivery was incorrect . I found it frustrating and difficult to contact company and when I finally did within an hour of placing my order they said impossible to change from delivery the next day to two weeks from now . The site reads modifications within 2 hours of placing order possible .
