Worst cheating service ever!!!
I submitted online order on May 4, with delivery date May 12.
May 12 - order not delivered, I contacted customer service. They replied "recipient was unavailable, we will retry tomorrow". Ok, but lies - the person was at home all day.
May 13 - order nor received. I contacted customer service, they replied "address is wrong, and you did not provide phone number". Crap, I used this address with them for like 10+ deliveries already, and I definitely provided a phone number! Ok, replied with both, again.
May 14 - I'm getting email confirmation, that the flowers are delivered. Yeah!! Calling the recipient, and she says "no, didn't receive anything". ??? . Emailing them and getting a reply - address is wrong, and phone number is wrong. Address is CORRECT, and the phone number they referring to - the number which I NEVER sent them, with 2 digits transposed!!!
May 15 (today) - the recipient in Cannes is calling their customer service now...
Freaking saga. And I've been their customer for more than a year now, with a lot of money spent...
NEVER AGAIN.

flowers by mail will work ?
flowers by mail will work with tulips as she they can do without water quite some time, but other flowers ....? I am used to a system where a local flower shop takes care of the right quality and delivery. But with the tulips it worked out fine. Thanks

Firstly the flowers that I chose were unavailable the day I requested delivery,these flowers were ordered one week in advance but I was only sent request for a substitute the day before due delivery. I agreed to the substitute and then I get another message saying that the chocolates also ordered were not available and they had to be substituted too
This company is not cheap and I was not at all happy with the service
I will not be using them again. The flowers and chocolates were delivered on time.

Watch what you advertiseSimple
Simple. You had advertised on your site that you would deliver on Monday April 1st. You also advertised a basket of all white flowers which I ordered.
You then rang me saying your Fleurist wasn't working on Monday 1/4 and by the way she would have to put colours in the bouquet.
Now between friends no problem as the proposed bouquet was fine and it did arrive Tuesday 2/4. BUT this is the Internet age. So my advice CHECK what you are promising.
