This company is robbing people
This company is robbing people. My wife ordered and paid for flowers for her elderly mother's birthday (91st.). The flowers never arrived and it is impossible to get a refund. Paid by Visa, the issuing bank, "Credit Mutual"only reimburse 13 euros, the rest being taken by charges.
Result: pay me for a non service and pocket the cash unless I give it to the bank.
Moral: Stop buying anything on line where you have to trust the supplier.

I ordered a begonia fir mother's day, my mum received a lis... 1) it's a much cheaper plant, 2) my mum hates lis, 3) it's toxic for her cat!
I patiently try to get the correct plant to be delivered or been refunded.
I only got a partial refund (paid 56€ got 36€ back)

My husband ordered flowers for his mothers birthday, they claim to have not been able to find the address and didn’t bother to call and reconfirm it, they were going to redeliver but decided the flowers weren’t up to it, cancelled the order and refused a refund! 1) that’s £60 you’ve just stolen from us! 2) mother in law is housebound before a big operation next week so can confirm no delivery attempts or calls were made 3) customer service in this industry is absolutely essential!!!! If no response is given to our communications we will take this issue to court and expose their practices, as reviewing the comments below it would appear this business is a scam TBC…… STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!
