Ordered the Subtle Freshness bouquet…

Ordered the Subtle Freshness bouquet for our wedding anniversary June 10th. Flowers shipped from Germany on the 9th arrived the 11th a day late with broken stem and already wilting and not like he picture at all as only 8 stems a joke . Reached out to Customer service and was advise the have a 97% delivery on time record wow it sucks to be in the 3% twice in a row the first time i used them they never delivered the second time late and dying and broken , twice in a row i was part of the 3%. I will never ever use them again so disgusted they ruined the gesture of surprising my wife as i was abroad working

unreliable - never again!

I have ordered a bouquet to a hotel in Montreux on very specific day. The flowers came the day after, when the receiver was no longer there. This was so embarrassing and so unprofessional from FloraQueen. Never ever would I book from such an unreliable company. I pay 140 Euros for a present never even received or seen by the person I needed to make feel special on that particular day. Because the company failed, I failed. There is no excuse. Accordinng to the hotel staff over the phone the flowers were nice. For me- no refund....

Logistics

Logistics, pre-communication, tracking and wrapping of the additional gifts was perfect. Pricing was acceptable compared to market leader Fleurop, however flowers were not fresh, bouquet was small for a premium arrangement and was just placed in a box in front of the door rather than a personal hand-over. Room to improve next time.

Scam - No Delivery, No Refund

Order that was meant to arrive 3 weeks ago was never delivered.
Support replies with generic messages like “thanks for understanding this is just 1% of cases blah blah” over and over: Clear that delaying living flower deliveries by days and not delivering them at all is a route practice for this company.
No refund, no resolution.
Really shocking that they manage to stay open.

Order flowers on 19/05/26 with delivery…

Order flowers on 19/05/26 with delivery on the 23/05/26 for a birthday but never arrived.
Emailed about it on 25/05/26, 27/05/26 and 04/06/26 each time told will look into it and will be in contact. Which they never do.
Email again today 11/06/26 asking for refund for the second time only to get a standard response saying it was delivered and then its being escalated again. Absolutely useless customer service going round in circles and constantly being fobbed off

Very disappointing experience !!!

Very disappointing experience with FloraQueen.

I ordered birthday flowers for my mother on May 22 with guaranteed delivery for May 23. The flowers were not delivered on the promised date, despite several messages from customer support assuring me they would arrive “today”.

FloraQueen later admitted in writing that the order had not been delivered as agreed and even confirmed that I was entitled to a full refund. Weeks later, I am still waiting for my money.

The flowers eventually arrived days late, after the birthday had already passed. A birthday bouquet delivered days later completely misses the purpose.

Poor service, broken promises, and an unresolved refund issue. I would not use this company again.

I purchased a bouquet for my wife.
I was very satisfied with the service, the wrapping, and the presentation of the product and bouquet. It was much appreciated and I made a great impression.
I'd definitely buy again.

Really dont bother. You wont get what you want.

I ordered a very expensive premium quality flowers, I added a special vase which was an option and a teddy bear with chocolate to accompany the gift. What arrived was a totally different story. The bouquet was small, wrapped in paper, no vase, no bear, no chocolate. I tried to get in touch with customer services but after initial interaction that the case was being investigated they completely ghosted me amd havent responded for the past month. I dont care about the money at this point but its not fair for the people who want to make a gift and the website promises much but the recipient gets nothing like what was intended. Very unprofessional and I will not be using them ever again.

Worst service I have ever experienced

Worst service I have ever experienced.
I have placed an order the 5th of June for a flowers bouquet to be sent home to my wife on the 6th of June, for our marriage anniversary.

The order has been accepted, but on Saturday the 6th, at 16h00 I still did not receive any news about the delivery.
I have tried to contact the FloraQueen support, which I soon discovered being a sloppy AI service giving essentially default answers while pretending being a real person.
The answers from the support were very vague all the afternoon, claiming that FloraQueen was trying to contact the “local flourist” to determine the status.
At 19h00 of the 6th, I have received by the AI-support the mail asking whether I wanted a refund or a reschedule of the order.
I asked to please confirm the delivery of the flowers on Monday 8th, with the answer from FloraQueen “support” stating that they would have pushed for this delivery.
On Monday I receive the DHL tracking from FloraQueen, indicating that the flowers were in Germany, and in the DHL depot since Saturday at 02h00. I live in Belgium, hence I asked about the “local flourist” to the support, which answered that by “local flourist” they mean also in another country. No comment.
The flowers have arrived today, 9th of June, after having been dispatched since the 5th: you could see from the photos I have taken the terrible status of the flowers, which are already withering.
The final touch of class: the message I gave in the order to be written in the postcard has been printed on the paper with the invoice, and the card (for which I paid an extra) has been delivered blank (I have taken a photo of it as well).
Personally, I have never seen a so horrible service in my life, I will make sure to avoid FloraQueen in the future and I will give to this company the advertising they deserve.

never order with those scammers, i ordered on the 25/05, over than 2 weeks ago and it's still not shipped, no answer to my questions, refund is not possible even if it's not shipped, fortunately my bank will take care of this, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS

No-show. The bouquet and card were never delivered. The Floraqueen website claims they were but it's wrong.
Not at all a reliable company. I do not at all recommend.
