Flowers never arrived

Flowers never arrived even if I ordered them three days before. There was no way to contact them. It was all organized for a 50 birthday of a friend living in Spain and It was really disappointing.

Just capable of taking your money

They inverted the invoice address with the delivery address, I informed them just a few minutes after the validation of the order but they refused to correct the address pretending that they are not able to manage the orders !!! They are just capable of taking you money but whatever happens with their bugged site is not their problem. Scandalous

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them, I probably won't order from them again. I placed an order for flowers for a special occasion on June 3rd and they promised it would be delivered on June 4th but today is June 19th, the delivery was not delivered nor did they even refund my money. When I contacted them I was told that we would analyze the order and come up with an answer soon. To this day they haven't come up with a concrete answer. I just get the same messages every day. Nasty from them.

Zero stars really

Zero stars really. A ‘bouquet’ costing 70 euros was delivered to a local
Supermarket 2 days late instead of my friend’s address. It consisted of 5 broken carnations and a bit of greenery. There is no way of getting a refund and the supposedly ‘helpful’ initial response yielded nothing and I am sure was AI. All a complete scam

I wouldn't recommend sending flowers Internationally via this company. In fact I would strongly discourage it.
There was a glitch on their website when I ordered, so the flowers I ordered for a funeral ended up coming to me! I entered into conversation with their customer services and they kept making promises to look into it to refund me. That was 4 weeks ago. Not once have they reached out to me, I have always chased them. They have stopped communicating with me now.
All this is compounded by the fact that I actually witnessed the flowers I ordered - I spent about £120 and the flowers looked just like a medium sized bunch you would buy from a supermarket - it's an absolute scam because they know you won't see the flowers you order for someone else. But actually, I did! Don't use this company!

Absolutely Disgraceful Service

Absolutely Disgraceful Service. Never Again.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from FloraQueen.

The delivery date was the single most important reason for placing this order, yet they completely failed to deliver on the promised date. When you order flowers for a specific occasion, timing is everything. Missing the delivery date means they failed to provide the service I paid for.

What makes this even worse is their response afterward. Despite not fulfilling their commitment, they refused to provide a proper refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered excuses and showed little interest in resolving the issue fairly.

Paying for a service that is not delivered as promised and then being denied an adequate refund is simply unacceptable. The entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of money.

This was my first order with FloraQueen, and it will absolutely be my last. There are far more reliable companies out there that actually respect their customers and honor their commitments.

Never again.

SCAM !

I tried to contact them multiple times to cancel the order after additional items were added without my consent. Despite my repeated attempts, I received no satisfactory assistance.

The order was never delivered, yet I was still charged. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this business and exercise caution before making a purchase.

My sister send me flowers for my birthday, they never delivered, and never refund the money. We wrote several emails and they never answered back. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ON THIS STORE!

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! I will keep leaving bad reviews until I get a full refund. I have sent over 30 emails and Instagram messages, keep getting the same AI generated responses, or silence. Flowers were due to be delivered over 3 days ago and still nothing. No flowers, no help, no refund.

This company is fraudulently stealing money from people, lying about their ‘system’ and scamming people. It’s is all fake and AI, are are no flowers.

I will keep going until this is resolved. Full refund immediately

Stay away from them

Stay away from them. Expensive and completely unreliable service. Delivery happened 4 days after the established date. No way to complain, no customer service phone number or email address. Of course when it comes to flowers it is fundamental to deliver on the established date, as it is usually connected to a specific occasion.

Avoid at all costs

Paid extra for express delivery - flowers didn't arrive on time. On the next day, flowers didn't arrive at all - my partner was waiting the whole day at the location. Can you imagine this embarrassment?

Support doesn't help at all, they will not refund you.
