DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY DON'T HONOR THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY DATE!

I ordered some flowers 3 days before the delivery date I specified. The flowers arrived 3 days later, in a shameful state. They kept in contact before the delivery, saying that they are not responsible for it and that I should contact their partner's delivery company. After the delivery date, they stopped answering my emails.

Do not order from them! You wont get the flowers on time and they'll just stop answering you.

Wrong bouquet sent

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my dad, who was in the hospital at that time.
Instead of the ordered „dreamy joy“ with Gerberas and carnations they delivered a bouquet with lilies and roses. You can imagine the fun with lilies in a hospital room.
Wrote customer service, asked for compensation, just got 1time a response that the QA team will consider my concern.
Apparently sending a wrong bouquet is not worth coming back to me.
What a shitty experience, don’t recommend!

I ordered flowers on April 29

I ordered flowers on April 29, 2026. Recipient still has not received the flowers and FloraQueen stopped answering my emails on May 27th. So disappointed and will never use this company again since they got my$200 and no delivery. Now they r saying it was delivered. If it was, it didn't go to the address I provided and need to fix their mistake.

1 star - Time-sensitive flower delivery not received, no proof, no refund

I ordered flowers through FloraQueen for a specific delivery date and occasion. The flowers were not received by the recipient.

FloraQueen later claimed that the order had been delivered, but my customer account did not confirm the delivery as completed. The order timeline still showed the last confirmed status as “Being prepared”, while the delivered step was not properly confirmed.

I repeatedly asked FloraQueen for verifiable proof of delivery, such as a tracking link, delivery time, courier or florist confirmation, signature, photo proof, or confirmation of who accepted the delivery. None of this was provided.

Their support replies were repetitive and contradictory. At different points, they said the order was delivered, admitted there was no tracking or proof of delivery available, acknowledged that the recipient had confirmed the flowers were not received, and still asked me to wait several more days.

After the additional waiting period they requested had passed, there was still no delivery and no clear resolution. Despite this, FloraQueen refused to issue a refund and treated the case as a “late delivery”, even though the service was never proven as completed.

For a time-sensitive flower delivery, this is unacceptable. If a company cannot prove that the flowers were delivered, and the recipient confirms they were not received, refusing a refund is not reasonable.

I eventually had to order from another provider, who was able to provide proper tracking and delivery confirmation.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FloraQueen.

Horrible experience

Horrible, horrible experience. They did not deliver the flowers I had ordered for my aunt's birthday. Their link to the delivery company took me to the company but it did not find my order. I wrote numerous messages and they keep saying they are sorry but do absolutely nothing to ensure the delivery or refund me. This is a scam for taking people's payments without providing any service or product.

Scammers

Unfortunately, I got scammed. My flower bouquet was delivered 5 days late, and the flowers were completely wilted when they arrived. On top of that, they were the wrong color!

And of course, no one is replying to my emails…

To Whom It May Concern at FloraQueen,I have been kept waiting for exactly 4 days now, and the gift has completely lost its value. Many budget-friendly companies I have worked with before would have definitely delivered by Monday at the latest. However, I chose this company and paid twice the price just to ensure it would be delivered on Friday. They claim a 97% delivery rate, but no one should believe that. There is not a single real person to contact; the emails are literally being answered by AI bots. I have sent 30 emails, and every single one of them received the exact same automated response.I would like to express my extreme disappointment with FloraQueen's service.I placed an order for a special occasion and selected a specific delivery date because it was very important to me. I trusted FloraQueen's delivery commitment and organized everything around that date.Unfortunately, the promised delivery date has passed. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and now Monday have all passed as well. Four days later, my order still appears as not even prepared or shipped.What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Despite sending emails and following up repeatedly, I have not received a clear answer from a real person. Instead, I keep receiving generic, automated responses that do not address my concerns at all.The recipient is only staying at the destination for a few days. Because of this delay, it is now practically impossible for the gift to reach them. This completely defeats the purpose of the order and has ruined an important personal occasion.I am deeply disappointed not only by the delay itself but also by the absence of transparent customer support and the extreme difficulty of finding an effective solution or cancellation process.I expect FloraQueen to finally review this case properly and provide a real, concrete response instead of automated messages. Since the recipient is no longer at the address, I demand the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund, including the extra fee I paid for fast delivery.I request your urgent action on this matter.
