This company are awful, real crooks. They have no idea of UK sizing. I proved to them that they had sent the wrong size by showing the dress with a tape measure round it.They had the audacity to tell me I had put on weight!!
THEY ARE CHINESE CROOKS DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. Returns are not on their radar. I think it’s probably illegal but they get away with it.

Not sure if this website is legit. I was supposed to receive my daughter's prom dress last week and the order status still says under tailoring. We ordered it a month ago. I tried to contact customer service by sending an email, no answer. They do not even have a phone number in their website. I never received an email confirmation after I made the order which was the first red flag. I'm very disappointed of my poor decision choosing this website. Please do not make the same mistake.

Horrible company; don’t use. My daughter and our exchange student ordered prom dresses from this website. They ordered a specific size per their measurements and a specific color. Ordered two dresses assuming they could try them on, hoping one would fit and send back the other one. After weeks of waiting to be delivered, one dress came in the wrong color and both dresses were too big. Asked a few people to make alterations but the way the dress was made it was too hard.
I have asked three times to get a return form, which they won’t send to me. Instead they have offered that we can keep the dresses and receive either a 15% refund or up to 30% gift certificate. Horrible!
Now we had to rush around and buy other dresses, and pay for a third dress. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

Took a gamble and ordered from here. Says no fuss returns but unable to return my dress as its far to small. Terrible customer service. Would not buy from here again.

I ordered a dress from Flormiss on February 21-2024 totally a month ago. I paid extra to expedite their website stated I would receive my dress in the time period 22th- 29th and I still have not received my dress. I emailed them several times and told them the wedding was on the 30 of March. I was told my dress wouldn’t make it for the 30th to save my dress for another day. I going to move forward with asking for a refund cause I won’t need the dress if I can’t wear it to the wedding.. After the 30th it would have been one month and a few days they had my ordered.. This place you are unable call you can only email them. I wouldn’t suggest to anybody to order from the their website is very deceitful.. I’m totally anger I brought all the accessories for that dress..J.R.
So disappointed!!☹️ PS .. I spent 230$… I’m going to talk to my bank moving forward to get my money back.. so unfair

Worst experience, ordered two dresses early February, was given an arrival date slot, didn't arrive. Emailed several times to try and find out when they would be delivered. Told me to be patient. In the end told them the date was outside my limit and didn't want the dresses. They insisted I waited and if still didn't want them to get in touch to start a refund process!!!! In the end I got PayPal involved and they got my money back.
Scam site not to be trusted

Flormiss US site is a scam as well. The dress I received is not as pictured. They advertise worry free returns but it is exactly the opposite. The company does not want to refund my money for their poor quality dress. I wish I knew. Stay away from this company their dresses are poor quality and customer service is worst. I feel like I just got robbed. Save your dollars and purchase quality. Spread the word so others are not tricked.

My Mum got scammed trying to buy a dress from them this week. A nightmare cancelling and reordering bank card etc. Don't risk it!!
