Read the small print....
So, I am a size 12/14 and ordered a dress for my son's wedding. Completed measurements according to their website and ordered a size larger [16] because I didn't mind having it taken in if it was a little too big. Dress is beautiful, lovely quality, but at size 16, it is far too small. Emailed to ask directions to return and receive a refund: This is in the small print..
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible. Lost £92.00 and have a dress that will not fit, cannot be returned, do they do this on purpose? Would probably need a size 20....
You can see their reply [below] which is their standard reply, they wanted photographs etc etc, but no refund. Please, be careful

After giving this company a 2 star review. I’m pleased to now give them a 4 star the wedding dress is very good. Although I made sure to order 2 sizes up, the measurements specified were my around my size and only need a few adjustments. Everything else is perfect the colour and material I’m happy with and a can’t complain. They did very well and the delivery came before expected and was easy to track. Should be an option for NO stars! Joke of a company. Ordered 3 dresses where the sizes were way off i.e. a size 18 was so small it fitted a size 8 perfect! There return policy is just 14 days and given it specialises in special occations how is that long enough... I mean i ordered for bridesmaids but couldnt get them together in time to try on - I mean it took the dresses longer to arrive than that. Their customer services just cut you short, ZERO interest in assisting. I mean for sake of accepting a return a few days after the 14th and getting repeat business they just shut me down. The dresses were so not UK sizes its ridiculous. Just dont order from these clowns. Now got too re order 3 dresses, but 100% wont be from this company

Refused to accept return
I received the dress 3 weeks after ordering. It came in a bag with a return address of a person. The dress was heavy, itchy, and had no tags attached. I wanted it for a wedding in June. When I tried to return it I got the runaround and offered a discount on my next order to keep it! I again asked for a return address and none was given. Quality was not what I expected. This company does not stand behind their product.

Do not buy from this site, Is NOT a UK based company they are in China.
I purchased 2 prom dreeses for my 2 daughters thinking it was UK based as states this on website, first I did not receive any order confirmation I had to go through PayPal to raise an issue once this was finally resolved with numerous messages & photos we finally received dresses over a month later one dress was to big the other was completely not what the image design showed on line.
I then had to return to China NOT UK had to waite a month to get my refund then they only gave me back 85% of my money so be warned you won't get back a full refund if you need to return.
I did reach out to them they offer sincere apologises but that is it, the worst shopping experience I have ever had on line will never purchase from them again.
