Very disappointing!

I recently purchased from my local bathroom supplier a few items including taps for both the bath and the sink.

I chose the Flova smart range , they were a bit more expensive that I was intending to spend being nearly £500 which is almost a third of my refit budget thinking they would match perfectly together as coming from the same range with the same name on the same page of your brochure and online website but disappointingly they don’t?

So now I’m left with basin and bath taps that don’t match which my plumber has already fitted.

If I had known this was the case I wouldn’t have purchased them .

I enclosed pictures of the 2 different styles insitu in my newly refitted bathroom.

I have contacted FLOVA regarding the non matching items and they seem to think this is completely normal, that the body shape of the taps are different ?

So BEWARE, matching is not always matching were FLOVA are consurned!

Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with Jodi. New parts dispatched next day delivery (15 year guarantee ) and helpful cleaning solutions given for hard water area (much cheaper than Viakal).

Had a dripping basin tap. Super helpful customer service. Prompt delivery, great product, well engineered.

I've had an issue regarding a snapped part and didn't want to pay out for the whole new product. Emilybutler (Business Development Associate) was incredibly prompt and extremely helpful regarding the matter. The service was 100%. If I could give any more stars I would.

Problem with Leaking Shower was resolved by Jodi Williams, excellent customer service. She understood the issues, sent parts to resolve it and in then end and new shower when all other routes were exhausted. No quibble 15 year guarantee really means that. Great product made greater by the peace of mind this provides and having fantastic people like Jodi working for Flova makes all the difference.

Follow up 2 (Nov 24) Honest follow up -
Finally after 1 year of issues Flova sent a brand new head unit. I fitted that myself and it still had the same issues and then started to leak. Finally Flova arranged and sent an engineer named Steve who was absolutely brilliant. I was shown how to maintain this unit in the event that anything similar should happen again.
The issue appeared to be an installer issue with the PTFE Tape (excessive use) ended up in the pipes?
I did see some of this tape come out as I was shown. This was caught on the small Gauze at the end of the service pipes. Although this product now works I would not endorse it as I am in a hard water area which is always going to make this head unit problematic in any case. If you do live in a hard water area please avoid this product as it does not like hard water. The waterfall feature although working again was not as expected, its not a pressure issue it does not perform how I thought it would. You do not get an even curtain fall with this so please don't expect it.
I was messaged by the Managing Director of Flova after the engineers visit to ask if I would amend this review. They pointed out that they had provided a new head unit and an engineers visit all free of charge which I do appreciate however this is my honest opinion of this product and Flova.
I am still disappointed that it took over 1 year to sort out whoever's fault it was and hope that in the future Flova change their customer service attitudes and process.

My mixer cartridge became blocked and my installer refused to help so I had to strip the tap down to clean it. I soon discovered that I needed a specialist socket spanner to remove the unit. I rang customer services and they offered to send me the correct tool FOC which arrived the following day.
The cartridge has been cleaned and the tap now works perfectly.

On Monday this week I contacted Flova’s customer care team with a problem I had encountered. Not only did they respond immediately but without question sent out a replacement within 24hours. Special mention to Jodi in her support and wish more Customer support teams would
1.Answer calls and not keep you on hold
2.Resolve your problem
3.And honour their guarantee
All of which Flova did without question.

Had to give 1 star as cannot give a Zero!
Paid over £2.5K for a floor standing bath tap, sink tap and a double shower rainfall and waterfall combined.
After less then 3 months of being fitted the waterfall was only trickling out. The bath tap which was also a waterfall style was coming out in 2 parts.
Contacted Flova who advised that I should clean it, which I had already done several times.
After trying to blame me for this (i.e scale) which it wasn't they asked me to remove the shower head and take it apart. After asking what would happen if I damaged it - they said it would be my fault!
After removing the shower head I sent that back to Flova for testing.
This took about 10 weeks before being returned to the supplier, who then advised because of the Bath tap issue and that they had NO report back with the shower head, they would ask to send someone out.
Now 4 months on we are still waiting, we have the shower head in one of the bedrooms awaiting further advice or instruction.
How the previous reviews are so good I do not know.
I am appalled at this treatment and have now got to the stage of writing this honest review in the hope it may get something finally done!
Very disappointed with Flova as no one has been in touch or to provide help or a solution.

Flova products and after care is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Can not fault the products or the after support when things go wrong. I have had a couple of issues with my shower and sink tap and I can honestly say, most manufacturers would fob you off and sell you a replacement part. Not so with Flova. Each time they have gone above and beyond to help me without a hint of a sale. Excellent communication, quick replies to emails and phone calls. Have to commend Jody for her support over the last few days. Amazing support and help. The Flova team are obviously well trained and supported. It is refreshing in this day and age to experience first class care. Well done👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

If I did not know for a fact that it is true and really happened I would not have believed it, but I have over a short period of time experienced customer care that was exceptional in the efforts made to help me and to bring about a satisfactory conclusion. That is the truth of it. My 7 year old shower head had become mutinously problematic and Gabby and team did their best to find a solution but in the end decided the best course was to replace it.Others might have prevaricated but there was not a hint of that. Flova is to be congratulated on the open, helpful and decisive behaviour and attitude of their customer care team. That is the way to earn goodwill and have a customer recommend Flova to any interested party

Fantastic customer service, called up with an issue and nothing was a problem, new shower head packed up and ready for dispatch within a few hours of my call, Gabby was super friendly and very knowledgable about the product.

I would highly recommend Frova as it’s equipment is quite heavy and good quality and the chrome finishing is to a high standard And looks amazing. When Quoting my bathrooms I always recommend Frova bathroom equipment as the after service is outstanding also.
I contacted Flova UK about an issue I had with the shower valve and literally the next day I had a new replacement part on my door step Out of all the services I have ever spoken to Flova is probably one of the best I have dealt with. Excellent product and service!
I had a Flova suite specified for my bathroom renovations. The customer service team were extremely helpful and informative, and gave me everything I needed. I went ahead and placed the order, the product quality is superb, and it looks beautiful. Installer complemented how easy it was to install.
