Beautiful Flowers
I have ordered postal flowers from Morrisons on several occasions now and they never fail to impress. Each time they have been delivered on time with regular updates from DPD and the flowers have always lasted for a couple of weeks and look exactly like the website. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.
Valentine flowers given on 13th…
Valentine flowers given on 13th February big disappointment next day looked dead spent good money on these and The petals are falling off on 14th and their heads drooping already.. few days later after purchase completely wilted very disappointed
Valentine flowers bought 13th February…
Valentine flowers bought 13th February and given on the 14th are a massive disappointment. The petals are falling off and their heads drooping. A complete waste of £20.
Very poor quality roses
Very poor quality flowers. The leaves on the roses stems were drooping and looked like they had been nibbled by insects. The Lily's were lovely. The problem wad the roses, how disappointing.
Had a letter box delivery from…
Had a letter box delivery from Morrison in Derby after a good drink they are gorgeous and a week on still as fresh . Beautiful . Thank you.
Beautiful bouquet!
I have just recieved the most beautiful bouquet of flowers sent from Morrisons in Derby. I have never seen flowers so beautifully presented before, they are just amazing! THANK YOU!
Beautiful flowers - excellent delivery service
Second time I have used Morrison’s Flower delivery service and both times the flowers have been delivered exactly when stated.
Both bouquets were beautiful and my mum was very pleased with them. 100% recommended using the service, despite several negative reviews on Trustpilot.
Use a proper trusted flower delivery.
I tried to ring the online customer services, waited in a queue for 40 minutes. I was transferred to someone else who cut me off. I sent a message to customer services and got a reply five hours later stating that the flowers would be delivered the following day. I sent another message asking for delivery details. I did not get a reply. It is now 5pm and they are not delivered. I think the service and your customer service are shockingly bad. The flowers were for my 94 year old Mother in Law who has been very ill. I would not recommend Morrison's delivery.
Excellent - Scunthorpe Store Florist - purchase 31/12 Florist Bouquet
I just wanted to leave a positive review for Morrison's Scunthorpe flowerworld. I ordered last minute display for my Grandmas grave on 31/12 as we lost her on 1/1. The lady in store prepared a beautiful display in a very short time at a point when she was just bringing out her morning flower delivery. Very please with result and family loved the display, I will 100% use again and will highly recommend. (ref survey 62000701220030, I could not enter survey directly hence post on trust pilot).
Very poor experience.
Very poor experience.Valentine's flowers delivered on the 12th. The delivery person did not ring, just threw it on the forecourt. I spotted it in the afternoon. On opening the box, it was a few dry and shrivelled roses with wilting leaves and petals. No attempt has been made to keep them fresh. Money - wasted!!
Brilliant customer service
Appalling
Ordered some flowers for a special occasion, was told the hour time slot they’d be delivered. 5 hours after this time was told they’d be delivered the next day. Heard nothing and on tracking them found they’d been disposed of by dpd. Contacted Morrison’s who said it was nothing to do with them and I should contact dpd! When I informed them my contract was with dpd they actually started to talk to me! After me chasing them for 24 hours they offered to resend them! Would never use this service and would never, ever recommend it to anyone, in fact I will tell everyone I know about this service via every form of social media. Appalling service.
I signed up for flower world…
I signed up for flower world subscription for £18 a month.. the flowers were terrible! They only lasted a couple of days and they were the smallest bunch ever for that price I expected more. I am disgusted....never again!
I have always used bloom & wild but
I have always used bloom & wild but thought I would give Morrisons flower world a try. I should have known better as my wife had used them a couple of days earlier only to have delivery issues, but as the flowers she ordered were excellent I went ahead and used them. I placed an order from their birthday range costing £43.00 including delivery, which I thought was a competitive price. The e-mail confirmation came through and because I was busy I did not read it, after all it was just a confirmation e-mail and I get them all the time... big mistake. On the following Saturday I did some online banking and noticed I had been charged £172.00 for my order!!! I checked the confirmation e-mail only to find they were going to send five bunches of the same flowers. I telephoned straight away only to find they do not operate a telephone service at weekends. I think this is very poor customer service for a online business that is trying to compete in a competitive market. I submitted a web form from their site demanding a refund and the delivery of one item only. I received an e-mail on the Monday stating that they will deliver only one item and the balance will be refunded in the next five to ten days. Considering they took £172.00 from my account straight away I don't see why I have to wait to have the balance returned. Now my story turns to the day of delivery, my wife's flowers arrived in a tattered damaged box at 18:20, (yes in the evening) delivered by DPD. I stood at my garden gate and watched the driver trying to reassemble the box with it laying on its side, remember this is a bunch of flowers that I had paid £43.00 for. I have various deliveries to my business and the one thing that I have learnt is DPD always deliver damaged boxes, sometimes even having to make partial deliveries, while they take the damaged boxes away to be repacked. So if you have persevered and read this to the end there are two morals to this story, one for Flowerworld which is, change your courier and the other is for the customer, if you want your flowers delivered early in the day for a special occasion, then don''t touch Morrisons Flowerworld with a barge pole. Learn from my experience, I will be returning to Bloom & Wild, my daughter used them and her flowers arrived first thing in the morning. You may guess that I am not happy......
Bouquet
Second time I've ordered flowers from Morrison's and flowers received boxed and packaged well. Receiver delighted and informed me how beautiful they were. Will definitely use again.
Children could of picked better
I ordered two bunches of flowers from them for mother’s day. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The pic on the website showed a lovely bouquet on each selection.
What arrived was 5 flowers. Tied with an elastic band and to be honest the children could of picked a better bunch themselves.
It was definitely not worth the money. I won’t be using again.
Beautiful flowers
Beautiful flowers - wife very happy! We received some Bloom and Wild Flowers at the same time, and Flower World have outlived them! Would buy again!
Never again!!
I ordered 3 bouquets of flowers from Morrison's flowerworld, two as a Birthday present. They were to be delivered by DPD, now granted the weather was bad but two (the birthday order) out of three were not delivered, however Interflora and Moonpig managed to deliver to the same address!. I called customer services the next day to complain, and they apologised, asking if I would like to cancel the order, or have it re delivered in two days time, and the same flowers I might add!! I cancelled and asked for a refund. DPD tried to deliver said flowers 3 days late and were turned away, 3 days later they delivered the same flowers again!! two huge boxes of nearly dead flowers to be thrown away, so a ruined birthday and then 6days later a delivery of dead flowers!! I did call customer services again to ensure I hadn't been charged, no record initially of my first complaint, and another half harted apology! The flowers that were delivered to be honest were not at all worth the money, £28.00 and I think the money had gone into delivery and the huge box. A first and last time of dealing with Morrison's Flowerworld.
I am not very happy
I am not very happy. I have been trying to place an order for some cakes. I rang your head office and they told me to ring the store. I went into the store yesterday and was told there was no one in the bakery to speak to me. They told me to ring today. I rang earlier on and someone was supposed to be ringing me back. They didn't. I have now rang again and have been told by them that there is no one in the bakery - at 3.45pm!?! The customer service person Kieren says he doesn't know when they are going to be in. I am quite sure from a health and safety point of view you should know who is in store. Now Kieren had rang me back to say that they are not made in store after all and I need to speak to someone at head office. Please make up your minds and stop passing me about. I can't even contact you by email. Despite me notifying you several weeks ago, that the email link on your website does not work you have not bothered to fix it.
Have received and sent flowers
