I went to Morrisons for my lunch on Friday 25th August and asked for sweet potatoe fries! They were horrible and burnt and soggy! I would not recommend these to anybody! They should be able to tell by looking at them that they should not not be on sale!! I have a picture if you would like proof!

My bouquet arrived lunchtime. Beautiful colours, but not fresh. One of the roses had been decapitated and the roses in particular looked very tired - petals brown on the edge. I removed the outer petals and I had t remove some of the leaves on the other flowers. They are still in a bucket, reviving. They were just not fresh. Very disappointing and I would NEVER order them again. They were a present from my daughter. I told Flowerworld immediately but they wanted photographic evidence. Since we are about 80, that wasn't possible. I can't believe the poor response. Please don't buy from them! Debenhams are much better!

I found the service reliable however it is not optional to have your flowers sent anonymously as the number from the sender is on the box, which is something that should be changed

I love the multi coloured roses and the packaging they came in! The customer services are fantastic also! Will definitely use again!

I am delighted to have found this company recently the flowers are of excellent quality and a little bit different and very good value for money I have received very good service and can highly recommend them.
Delivery very reliable too.

I recently placed my first order with Flowerworld, taking advantage of the 10% discount deal. We'd spent a very happy day with friends we had not seen for a long time, visiting their new home and I wanted to say thank you. I found a lovely bouquet ['Amber Enchantment'] which I thought would complement the decor and also is bright and light. The order process worked well and I asked for the bouquet to be delivered next day. Once the order was placed I started receiving emails from DPD about delivery, including a link to the parcel tracking and who would be making the delivery. I was also able to check with my friends that they would be in at that time.
My friends were absolutely delighted with the bouquet and sent me a photo of it - it looked just like (if not better than) the bouquet on the Flowerworld website which did take me aback a bit (often bouquets are a bit disappointing)- and they said it also has wonderful scent. They also said the DPD delivery chap was "the most polite ever". Definitely pleased with my order.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife, site was so easy to use, really quick purchase actually and the bouquet arrived the next day.The bouquet itself was really nice and lasted weeks! Would definitely recommend! Happy wife..happy life :)

Just recently ordered a couple of bouquets for my family and I must say the service is fantastic. The bouquets turned up fresh and in brilliant condition. The personal message card is a great touch as well! Thanks.
