Scam. They took my money and never send the item. Never answered my e-mails which is the only way to contact them. Do not use this website.

Update - the item arrived some weeks after this post was made. It took way longer than the suggested time, but it arrived anyway.

Already have a flushbrush - which I like. However, the clip in the head has broken, so I need a replacement.

No problem I thought, they’re readily available and reasonably priced too. Oh how wrong I was. I’m now in the same place as so many other reviewers. I.e. money taken (2/1/23), but no delivery and no communication, despite emailing 3x.

Come on flushbrush, you have a good product, but are ruining your reputation with poor customer service.

No polite apologies or platitudes, just fulfil my order, please.

Ordered replacement heads 1.1.23. Supposed to be delivered in 5-14 days. Even allowing for bank holidays they should have been here by now. According to tracking they have not even been dispatched. Emailed company last week and no reply. What's the problem? They surely aren't selling so many millions of these things that they've no time to respond. They just don't care. POLITELY APLOGISING ON HERE MEANS NOTHING. STOP LYING ON YOUR WEBSITE. TELL PEOPLE HONESTLY THAT DELIVERY WILL TAKE 3-4 MONTHS. AND SEE HOW MANY CUSTOMERS YOU GET THEN ....[... update ... responding to my review 10 months later with a false assertion that my order was fulfilled promptly probably tells you everything you need to know about how terrible this company is]

I ordered it on the 28th Dec.
Theres no updates from them and they dont answer emails.
Its been almost 3 weeks.
Can i have my money back please!?

Bought 2 weeks ago and no one is responding to my emails. Terrible service.

Ordered this product on the 16th September, payment was taken on the 20th of September and we are here at the end of November still no product and not one email back from customer support explaining what the hold up is - the delivery expectation is set at 5 - 14 days.

I wish I’d looked at Trustpilot reviews before purchasing, I won’t be making that mistake again.

I needed a hew head, having supported them on Kickstarter and received two brushes through that. However, after flushing down a head, I ordered a new brush from them during the Bank Holiday for the burial of the Queen, and moments later after placing the order I saw that I could buy just the heads. So I read their advice on what to do in this situation, and it said to send an email to cancel to the order, which I did immediately. I was therefore surprised to find that they ignored this and told me the next day that they were going to send me a new brush - at considerably greater cost. And a couple of days later they still haven't acknowledged my email.

Judging by my order number they are struggling for customers and are having to resort to these tactics it appears. Which is sad; I supported them on Kickstarter but now they are treating me like a cash cow.

Edit: three months after writing the above, Flushbrush replied below to say that they would refund me, and sent me an email saying the same, and I received the refund a few days later. It's a pity that I clearly had to leave this review to obtain the refund.

I ordered 2 of these on 14/04/2022. We haven't received our order and the FlushBrush support have stopped responding to all of our requests. They replied once saying that there is an issue with the factory in China. They should not have let us place an order if they didn't have any products to sell. Many, many people on Trustpilot have also experienced similar issues with this company. Make sure you do your research before purchasing from this company. It is essentially a scam, they have taken our money and not provided us our order in over 3 months and have stopped responding to my emails. Order number #3255

Update in response to seller:
1 - We have never received a tracking number from the seller until their response on 27/07/2022 to my trustpilot complaint.
2 - I was NOT notified at the time of the order that there were delays, I had to chase up the order 1 week after placing it as I had not received a confirmation from the seller. The seller then told me there were delays from the factory and it should be shipped within a week. This was not made clear at the time of purchase and was poor communication from the seller.
3 - We attempted to contact the seller 6 other times since initial contact was made, to no reply. Until this response via trust pilot from the seller. This has been going on since the order was placed on 14/04/2022 or 104 days ago. Simple communication from the seller would have kept me happy as I would have felt the seller was trustworthy.
4 - We still have not received the order.
5 - There may well be many positive reviews on this product but there are also many, many unhappy reviews from customers.

TLDR Get better at client communication and these problems wouldn't happen.

Seemed like an interesting product, ordered on the 12th if June and never received it. Tried to contact support but no reply. Avoid them if you value your money.

*Update*

So it arrived, I wouldn't have been annoyed had they communicated that there was a delay in the shipping or that it would arrive (much) later, or replied to my query. It's a decent product, it's just a shame the customer service side of things is a bit of a mess.

Addendumm 2: In response to the passive/aggressive reply, I only started emailing you after the delay period you initially stated was up. Because you didn't reply I looked on Trustpilot and saw how many people hadn't received the product and therefore assumed it was a scam. Don't try and blame me because you don't answer emails and don't have a phone number to ring.

Addendum: 20/7/22 - just been delivered from China so not a scam.

100% SCAM. Bought 21/5/22 still not received as of 4/7/22. They don't reply to emails and don't have a phone number to call.

I think this is a rogue company and a scam whereby they take your money and don't deliver. Ordered 2 of these items as they looked like a good idea. Order placed 12 June where they responded quickly saying delivery would be 5-14 days. Waited and then wrote an email asking for response - none received.
Another email sent and no response. This company should be avoided under all circumstances!

I ordered one on 1 June 2022, as a friend had been given one, and liked it, but although they took my money immediately, I still had not received my brush over a month later, despite contacting them via their contact form, as there was no other way to contact them. My friend had a direct email address, so contacted them for me, on 4 July. They replied the next day, claiming I'd been told there'd be a delay. I had not: their email confirmation simply said: "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." I finally received it on 20 July from China, so it is not made in this country, which I had hoped. However, there were no instructions at all, and we were somewhat bewildered as to how to install it, so contacted our friend, who sent photos. Having installed it, we found the place where she had hers, was not great on our toilet, as our flush didn't really flush water through it, but both my husband and son said they wld wee all over it, where the water did flush. So we then moved it every time we flushed. The first time I actually used it to scrub, I had great difficulty pushing the handle into the brush, but it did seem to do an OK job. A few days ago, I had a reply to my original 1 star review, which was written before I received my item, claiming, as in their email to my friend, that I had been warned about the backlog, and asking me to rewrite the review. I did intend to change it, though wld have mentioned how fiddly it was to use, so perhaps wld have given it 3 stars at the absolute most. However, yesterday, I had so much trouble fitting the handle onto the brush, the brush fell into the loo, and then, somehow the sliding clip thing caught my thumb so badly, I bled all over the handle, and had a painful blister on my thumb, which is still extremely painful today. I have taken a photo of it, but there doesn't seem to be any way to attach one to this review. No doubt the designer will say I am stupid and incompetent, but I am educated to postgraduate standard, and am normally very good at things like handicrafts. I had hoped to support a small, British designer and entrepreneur, but sadly, I have to repeat my original review, and say: AVOID!

Pros: nice design and is quite unobtrusive once installed. Not had it long but seems a more hygienic option than the traditional brush
Cons: The brush could do with being a little more abrasive
It's quite expensive for a few bits of plastic
I had to wait ages for delivery and the communication from the company was slow

I'm leaving my original review below, but increased the 1 star to a 2 star. My two flush brushes arrived today (20th of July). That's over 2 months after I ordered them.

They arrived, shipped from China. I will say that they were well packaged, and no damage to them. I did not receive a notification saying they'd been dispatched, which was unusual.

The device itself is good, albeit takes a bit of moving and fiddling to get it in the right location of the toilet.

My only suggestion to the company is to be open and honest about delivery times. There's a lot going on in the world, and if I knew it'd be a 2 month wait, I would've still ordered, because it's supporting a young inventor.

Placed an order on the 11th of May 2022 (Order #3326) for 2 of the brushes, delivery was stated as 5-14 days. Sounded great, although by today's standards, 5 to 14 days is quite a long time for delivery.

Felt like buying it would be supportive of a good idea from a new business. I was wrong.

No movement on the order for a good few days, and on the 17th of May 2022 (6 days after ordering) I contacted them on email via support@

Fast forward to today, the 28th of June, there's been no response to the email and have sent them another email. Very polite and giving them the benefit of the doubt.

In short, I wouldn't waste your time with this company. In the time of Amazon Prime delivery being next day, and the sheer availability of similar products, there's no reason to do what I did and attempt to support the inventor of the product. Just go and buy a cheaper knockoff alternative.

I will however say that if the products do arrive, and I get an adequate and explanatory response from the company, I will change this review. I have high hopes for the product.

This product just does not work as promised. I found it very difficult to attach the head once it was installed. I ended up picking up the dirty head with my fingers to do so! On one occasion, I even dropped the head into the toilet and had to fish it out by hand.
Once attached, the head just does not clean effectively and does not reach into corners.
Useless product. Do not buy.

Avoid. This is a scam. No response to messages and originally the description on the website mentioned a toothbrush!

SCAM - Item paid for, never arrived, no contact, no reply to messages, no updates. Attempted to contact Thomas Crawford Keen (Flushbrush Director), still nothing.

1) No refund was received from you - it was Lloyds bank fraud department who credited my account when you were found to be scamming people.

2) See other peoples posts - you advertised 5-15 days for delivery, it’s taken you 5 months just to reply to a public post.

3) No item has ever been received.

WARNING - this is a scam!!!

I was part of the kick-start with this product. All I can say is that the product is cheaply made and doesn't work. It can't get to the places that a normal brush can. When the item arrived over a year later it was delivered in a random box in lots of bubbles wrap and cling film. It looked like a £2 item not a premium product that 2 brushes in the kick-start cost around £80. I would not recommend this product and I didn't even try to sell mine on as I didn't want to upset whoever bought it. I wouldn't buy it for £2. I did like the concept but not the result.

Ordered two brushes on 6th Feb 2022. I have never received them and they don’t reply to any emails. I’m awaiting for either the product or a refund however sadly I don’t think I’ll receive either :(
