Ordered 4 brushes, the company took my money, but I never received them. They didn’t respond to emails or their website enquiry form. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUT FROM THEM

Don’t buy
I wanted to like this toilet brush a lot, I love the idea. First- I ordered in February 2021, the website said it was back ordered until March so I was not expecting it for a bit. They charged my credit card immediately. March came- no brush. I emailed asking for an update end of March, they responded back approximately 2 weeks later saying things would be shipped in just a few days. One month later, no brush still. I sent another email asking where the brushes were, if they were in stock and said I would like a refund on my money. Fairly quickly ( 1-2 days I think) they sent another email back no sorry it’s taking so long etc just a line saying here is your shipping/ tracking information. Ok so it arrives after like 3 months. Second part of this bad review- I don’t like the product. The head is super small and it was hard to clean the toilet with- had to press down pretty hard. The container for the head sits awkwardly on the toilet seat (both up and down toilets!), how it sits makes it harder to attach the head to the handle, it’s hard to attach head to handle no matter what. I’m not happy with the purchase.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed as did not realise this was a scam site. I ordered on the 28 May 2021 received notification dispatched 4 June and still no receipt.
I have emailed but no response.
I was really looking forward to trying this brush.

Ordered in May and advised 4 June it…
Ordered in May and advised 4 June it had been deslatched. Nothing received to date, 13 June and no response from them when queried through their website message service. Very disappointed can't even ring them for help.

Still have not received my (kickstarter) product!
I backed Flushbrush on kickstarter and was very excited to receive my reward. However in December I discovered that the package had been returned to sender and I informed the team of this. They assured me that they would resend it. Five months have now passed and I have not received my reward, tracking information or even a follow-up email.

excellent product/bad service
excellent product, bad customer support! I've ordered a second Flushbrush but haven't received any response after I made the payment. The order also hasn't been shipped after 1 month.

The rubbish loo brush that needs flushing away
Good initial claim of concept, failed to implement. The pathetic flushbrush is more like a work in progress 1st stage prototype.
The brush basket is made of cheap plastic and attaches to the toilet rim/edge with a ridiculous sissy piece of soft metal ribbon that does not hold the basket firmly, slides around the rim and is impossible not to deform out of shape within a few uses when attaching or removing the brush head.
The piece that sits vertically against the inner toilet wall up to the rim is made of thin rigid metal and scratches the toilet enamel as the stupid thing flies round the rim uncontrollably.
The brush head dimples are too shallow and rigid, of the wrong shape and smudges poo rather than removing it.
Finally and most importantly, the whole concept and sole selling point is that 'what enters the toilet, stays in the toilet' - therefore more hygienic; did they forget about the stem?
This also enters the toilet as you are grappling with the smudged poo and causes double flushing to attempt to clean this part before putting it back into its plastic stand OUTSIDE of the toilet - it certainly is not more hygienic than any other brush.
A decent standard brush is far more effective and costs a fraction of the price.
Trash
It got rusty first and then the holder got loose so the thing fell into the toilet. Just trash.
