Delivery late
Delivery late. Didn’t reply to emails when sent. Week later and it still hasn’t come. Tried to get the order cancelled but was told it was ‘sent out over weekend’

Lack lustre, sluggish customer servicing
Ordered some trainers online which were listed incorrectly (American sizing).
After countless emails (toby), week-long responses, really sluggish customer servicing and opening up bank payment disputes, I finally got my refund. The whole process took just over a month to sort out and was really painful. Avoid avoid avoid.

To give my two cents: I was a bit concerned after ordering and seeing all the negative feedback on here. But I have received my racquets within the stated delivery time. (The shipping info came from the courier, not flux sports).

Do not buy from this fake website. It's a huge scam. Only 2 emails are possible to contact this fake company and none will yield any responses. Luckily i paid using paypal and they had the cheek to actually provide 'evidence' to paypal as paypal were saying they were reviewing flux sports's response when they completely ignored mine! Avoid avoid avoid! Scam!!!!

Only UK stockist with Victor U-shaped badminton shoes in my size (my feet are too wide for most standard shoes). Shipping was several days late, though they made up for this with a complimentary upgrade to express post. Overall pleased with my experience!

Trainers costing £85 never arrived
I ordered a pair of trainers (which were in stock) on 24th March. Received the message "Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status."
The trainers never arrived. I have emailed their customer services twice and they are not responding.
I do not advice anyone to use FluxSports.
This will probably finish up in the Small Claims Court.

Karakal squash racket
Gave this 2 star review as bought&paid £7.80 for two day delivery on Friday night&did not receive squash racket until the following Friday with no contact phone call or email from Fluxsports explaining why the delay or offer of refund for two day postage price which is a shame as i play county squash&would of ordered two more rackets from them the following week.
