Incorrect racket delivered to me, unable to get any kind of response from any email address or online support.
Shocking site do not use

If I could give it no stars I would. Seller has not delivered goods, yet taken my money. Will not respond to any correspondence. Do not purchase from Fluxsports!!

Ordered item on Sunday, not yet dispatched on Wednesday - it’s meant to be dispatched the next day. Have tried messaging them and emailing but getting no response. Not sure what to do to be honest. Item looked great and good price, just not sure what’s going on with my order.

Poor/no ongoing communications resulted in the average rating. I did receive the goods 7 days after ordering but no communication or tracking information provided between dates.

Ordered this racket a week ago now and still no delivery. Tried to contact the seller by email but have just been ignored. The seller uses Hermes who are notorious for poor contact and slow response if you get any response at all.

Obviously one person seller that’s not interested in true customer service.

Still have not received my goods!!

AVOID and pay a little extra from a reputable seller!! Lesson learned!

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering an £85 squash racket. Zero response to any attempt to contact the company and I'm still waiting for my express delivery more than a week later. Thankfully paid via PayPal so will get a refund if it doesn't land in the next couple of days. Certainly wouldn't buy from this 'company' again though. One-man-band Shopify site I suspect, with too much to cope. Avoid.....

The product I ordered arrived in reasonable time, was packaged well and no issue with it, however, I tried to get in touch with Fluxsports before the delivery. I tried via phone, email and Facebook. There was absolutely no response. My concern is if the product is faulty or I have to return it then no one will assist! Would you be able to get a refund for instance?!

Ordered a badminton racket for my grandsons birthday on 27 October. Money went from my bank 3 November. Paid shipping fee for delivery 3 to 5 working days. Now 11 November. Heard nothing although i have sent 2 e mails, no response, tried to call, phone number not working, tried to chat on the site, couldn't do that. Very worried now that this company is fraudulent and i have made a big mistake buying from them . Going to contact my bank for advice.

Ordered a squash racket two weeks ago and still haven't been updated when I will get it. I've asked to cancel the order with a full refund but that has happened either. No reply to my emails so have been forced to raise a dispute through my bank.

Item was sent out by normal useless post
£7:50 refund for postage but at 21:31 on the 8 September no raquet
Hopefully it will turn up one day
9 raquet turned up
10 th still waiting for the shuttlecicks I ordered at the same time

Having ordered something last Monday and paid for 1-2 day delivery the item has only just arrived today. I did contact the company on many different platforms email, messager and phone and never received any response to find out why the delivery was so delayed. It’s a shame really a small business relies on good reviews and customer satisfaction they just need to communicate. Not sure I would order through them again.

Dreadful. My order did not arrive. I contacted ‘Flux Sports’ about my missing order twice and they do not reply. Avoid this website at all costs. Appalling.

Order status has remained unchanged since payment (July 9). "Your order is confirmed". No answer to emails
