I ordered two items from the Fly Music website and unfortunately received products with visible defects (see attached photos, if possible). I requested a replacement, but was initially offered a laughable 5% discount coupon for a future purchase — which I declined.
I reiterated that I expected a proper replacement. The customer support representative, Eliza Viziteu, then arranged a courier pickup without informing me that this would not be an exchange, but simply a refund. I was only told afterward — which was completely misleading.
Now I'm being told that since I no longer have the original packaging, I won’t receive a full refund. This is unacceptable. I received damaged goods, and now I’m being penalized for not keeping the box — despite the fact that, under consumer protection laws, I am entitled to a full refund for faulty products, packaging or not.
To make matters worse, the support representative has ignored multiple messages from me for days at a time. This situation has been dragging on for more than three weeks without resolution.
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

My ordered product wasn't in stock so I was informed about the opportunity to ship it 1-2 weeks later. Tow weeks later nothing happened, so I divided to chancel my order. Everything seems ok, but the service wasn't good. All in all no scam.
I was interested to buy an item not in the stock - they told me will arrive in 7-14 working days. After payment, nothing happend for few days, I have called and they told me the item will be available in maybe 3 months. I try to order another model, nobody reply...The services are very bad. Now the money are blocked in their account and the present for my kid will never arrive...
