Classic bait and switch. Promised a fare of $338.00 Toronto to Iceland. Advertised "only 9 seats left at this price". I booked it, I thought - they never charged my credit card. Called me back to say the fare was unavailable, unless I paid $580.00 extra. I refused. They said they would still be charging me $338.00. I refused and told them I would report this as fraud. They claimed I would be banned for life from Icelandair. I laughed, hung up and locked my credit card. They sent an apology email and said they would not be charging me for the transaction. I booked direct with Icelandair. Total scam.

Great help with my reservation. Try to find the best deal for me. I will use the company again when I travel again.

These reviews are clearly garbage AI responses that nobody with an actual brain would post. They are a scummy company and I would avoid them at all costs. They need to be sued and shut down. Once you book the flight for the fake price they have. They will reach out asking for more money. They state that it is nonrefundable and cannot be changed. However, they are the ones changing the flight and breaking their own policy. What a bunch of dumb ass scammers. I will be working on a class act law suit eventually against this company.

This company is nothing but a SCAM, I went on Compare Air Website, for a cheaper flight. Searching the site, I saw a flight that was fitting for me through American Airline with a low comfortable price, and the flight times, that I was needing. Upon booking this flight. I was redirected to a site called FlyFair Travel, with the same American flight and time, so I processed to book this flight. Once I booked the flight I received and confirmation from my email. Confirming this information.

About 45min. after receiving the email I received a call from Flyfair Travel agent Miguel @11:45 am today 12/1/24. Stating that they were sell processing my ticket and that need to rebook my flight because the flight was already booked on that American Airlines flight that they only had 8 economy seats and that they were already sold. I was told that they don't refund, and you can't cancel however you don't see that until you book the fight. It's not something they have up front it's after you have booked your flight.

So I they would need to rebook my flight for a later date, this is clearly a Bait-and-Switch. She stated that I would go with another airline, for the same price. I was clearly disappointed because I had also booked a car rental for that date, and time with the airport, now I'm needing to change the pickup as well.

At this point I ask to speak with a supervisor because I was clearly not understanding, how I couldn't cancel this flight. Miguel told me it was on my booking however the refund/cancel policy isn't shown until after you book your ticket, so you don't see this as your booking your ticket.

I was put me on hold, because I wanted to speak with a supervisor, later Rhea Sanchez come on the line stating she was the Assist Floor Supervisor.

And assured me she could get me a flight with another airline only if I changed the date, again I said No! She then stated that should found another flight leaving at a later time with an 8hr layover.
REALLY NO!!!!!! She then comes back and said I found you a flight with totally different times and a layover. Initially she said it would be with Frontier airline, then later coming back stating it would be with Spirit.

Extremely frustrated because I can't get a refund nor cancel this flight. Clearly this is a Bait-and-Switch, this company should be out of business. After having go alone with this Horrible booking, I received a call, I answered and they hung up. I received an email stating

I called the number listed agent Elly on the line I explain to her I was returning a call from the email. I received about my booking, and was told I will need to contact you back. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I will never do business with a third party, and Please be Aware of this company FlyFair Travel they say they are out of New York, but none of them speaks clear English.

They scam you.
They have the cheap prices showing as active but they're not. I booked the flight and all seemed normal. I received an email saying the flight was booked but never received anything after that. I decided to call. Only to find out that I'm on a waiting list meanwhile the email said booked.
I asked what my chances are of getting a seat and was told there's no chance. They didn't want to give me my money back. They said it was non refundable. I made a stink so they refunded me all but $100.
It's such a great scam. They do this to a bunch of ppl and make $100 or more off each one.
The customer service is awful too. You can't understand them on the phone. The accents are too thick. It's such a frustrating experience.

Company is a scam. We Bought a ticket months ago for my mom, less than a week before her flight we was notified it was canceled and yes we had a reservation number. We'll after being on the phone for about 2 hrs we got another flight that cost 288 dollars more because of last minute. Well low and behold mom gets to airport and finds out that American airlines says the 1st part of travel is a 2 hr bus ride to Philly. And on way home it is the same a bus ride from Philly. This is insane, why was we not informed of this from Company? When mom gets back home it is far from over as I will call them back along with American airlines and the FAA. Should have been disclosed about a bus and not a flight. If we wanted a bus we would have booked that ourselves.

Run away! Bunch of scammers!

False advertising and I can only describe this as a conning exercise and fraud. They advertise tickets, you pay, they take your money and then they tell you that the price has changed and you have two options: either pay the higher price which works out more expensive than other websites or you get a refund minus the tax even though they have given you a false price. They make up some silly excuses. In any case, you are loosing out. This is the most unethical practice I have come across in the travel industry. Please do not engage with this company, you will be worse off. Try trusted websites. I had to give one star as this is the minimum option available. A big zero from me.

I booked a ticket for a very good price only to receive a call telling me there was no seat availability for a flight 6 month away. Of course there was an option for an upcharge that would have double the initial price. Its not extremely surprising the price was too good to be true but be aware that the asterisk mentioning the price being subject to a variety of factor should be taken very seriously and if you want an accurate quote you should be calling them. Those low price on compare site are false advertising.

I was overcharged for canceling a flight through this company. Would not recommend.

My sales rep was Peter Jones with FlyFair Travels LLC was very helpful today. He was very patient & has the heart of a teacher. He explained how his company worked to save me time & money. It was important to me to get a job stop flight. He worked to find the best deal for me. I appreciate it time & efforts to take care of my need in a very important trip. We need more reps like him.

My highest praise goes out to MS Jean Mathews, she took the time and made the effort to get myself out of an extra Fifteen hours in airports with my milage plan, Now I have two lay overs instead of Nine! Wow, you made my day and my upcoming vacation so much better, Thank you VERY KINDLY Jean

We booked our tickets last May for this wonderful trip. We found that the company we worked with made a lot of mistakes which has cost us a lot of extra time and money. Jean Matthew was wonderful very patient and kind. She listened to the problems and found solutions for us. She was able to find us a flight to return home on our original date.
