Mr. Eddy Walker was so helpful and caring in rescheduling our flight during the hectic and stressful time of Hurricane Helene while we were visiting Florida. He took the time to go above and beyond to get us to our destination in a timely and safe way. Thank you so much. It was also delightful to find out that your company is located in Central Islip since we also are from Long Island.

This company is one of the biggest scammers I have ever felt with. They charged for services that were never provided and refused to process a deserved refund. Aside from the fact services ( up graded seats) were not provided. They lied and kept money . Be ware. Not recommended!!!!!

There were red flags from the beginning, which i should have taken more seriously. I admit I was careless. First, I thought I was talking to American Airlines and I wasn't. They told me they help AA book flights. haha. I called the number via Google (stupid, I know), because for some reason the AA app would not allow me to buy a ticket that was on hold.

In trying to purchase the ticket that was on hold, they told me the price had increased and charged me another $70 for the ticket. (AA holds the price for you for 24 hours.)

The whole process took about 30 min., they sent an email with the supposed boarding pass (no, no, not until 24 hours before the flight!) and at the very end i was asked to send a photo of my driver's license because I was booking for a family member, not myself. It was very shady. Stupid, I know. (I was allowed to cover up everything except my address and photo.) Yikes.

THEN, they called the family member 3 different times trying to get my phone number from him. He refused.

We were billed the ticket price via AA and $70 to FlyFair, which shows they were profiting from the transaction. We were able to get everything reversed and got the ticket through a legit, professional AA ticket agent over the phone. All because the app wasn't working. Anyway, I will never us them again.

He answered all questions patiently and professionally. We were happy that he requested that we change from economy seats to 1st class to enable my disabled 20yr veteran husband and myself a more comfortable seating arrangement.

Mr. Andre Smith assisted me in arranging a plane ticket back home due to an emergency. Mr. Smith stayed on the phone line with me and found me a ticket at a reasonable price. He assisted me with signing all documents needed and checked me in for the flight as I had very little time to get to the airport. Mr. Smith was very patient and kind. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated his help, hard work and dedication.

Raven called and verified that I recieved my family's boarding passes and was very helpful.

I decided at the urging of my family to stay three more days so needed to change my return flight plane. Andre Smith, the agent that managed my flight change was fantastic. Andre went above and beyond to make that change happen given I'm not that technical and with extreme patience walked me through each step over the phone. Andre is polite, gives easy to follow guidance and turns a rather stressful task into a pleasant experience. From my perspective Andre is a wonderfully valuable asset as a representative of American Airlines and I consider myself fortunate to have had Andre as my agent. Thank you Andre for your excellent assistance in making last minute changes to my travel plans happen.
