I really appreciated everything that Ms. Raven and Mr. Andre did for me. Raven went above and beyond for me, specifically that I have to use a wheelchair. She put me in the right seat closed enough that I can walk and I didn’t have to go all the way back. And with the same seat and windows from the round trip. In September I have to fly again and I hope she or Andre can help me with this coming flight. Thank you so much.

Raven did an excellent job helping me with understanding my boarding pass.

My flight was changed, and I contacted the airlines and,
Mr. Rick Grimes was very professional and patient with me, he handled the situation calmly and made correction to the flight, So my daughter can get home.
He could use a promotion and his communication skills are great.

This place scammed us! DO NOT CONTACT THEM for ANY sort of refund or travel credit transfer. ANDRE SMITH is the employee who stole our credit from us. We have started a dispute with American Airlines to try and get our credit back.

Attention, these are scammers!!! Please avoid this travel agency at all costs!!! I couldn't use my plane ticket for private reasons, so I wanted to keep the unused money on credit for which they forced me to pay $199 to use the $420 within a year. whenever I wanted to buy a ticket I always got a bad excuse that this is not the airline, and that it doesn't fly to the areas I want or that the departure date is not right etc. they are scammers!! they extort money from people! they speak very bad English! scammers!!

Raven was polite and well spoken. She answered all of my questions.

My American Airlines and fly travel customer service representative named Mr. Rick Grimes was AWESOME😁!!!

He was patient and attentive to make sure that there were no errors and accommodated me to make sure that I was satisfied after he booked my flight.
He has a wonderful, gentle voice with a sense of humor.
I asked him to send me this platform so I can tell you what excellent customer service he has been providing.

Mr. Grimes is an asset to your company, and I wish more representatives were like him.

In June i ordered a flight and hotel stay for August 3 to Aug 9th. The flight was booked for july 3rd to July 9th which cost us more money and has been a inconvience finacially. The agent assisted us in rebooking flight. In the future i will book flights and hotel stays directly to the company itself.

I call what listed as DELTA airlines but got FlyFairTravels. I booked for flight to ORL for $669.00 for 1 adult. DELTA NEVER received payment. We were lied to. This company is a Scam.

I call what listed as American airlines but got FlyFairTravels. We were booked for flight to Houston for $957.00 for two adults. AMERICAN AIRLINES never received payment and said, they never heard of price we were quoted. We were lied to about flight, price, and refunds. This company is a Scam. We asked for refund and was denied!

I had much trouble trying to find a flight that would not require me to stay at the Dallas airport overnight. Tried the website, several airline personnel conversations requiring me to pay more money, I reached Chester. He was very sympathetic and understanding. A truly kind person with an amazing voice.
