Great quality windows with no parts missing and bang on days with the delivery slot so no hanging about for myself… I have had five products over two different orders and would use again without a second thought.

I have never really done ordering of any doors or windows before. The knowledge and expert advice from Bradley was amazing. 1st class. What can I say he called us back several times to check stock items and even advised on quicker delivery items etc. He even called my builder to check I had done the correct measurements and it would arrive on time for the job. The Door arrived and was good quality the service from this company especially Bradley has been first class. 5* star rating from Me.

Good customer service, both on ordering and the delivery went without any problems

I ordered some bi-fold doors and a window frame. The order arrived when they said it would and the fitting process was easy. One of the sealed units on the doors failed and misted up. I contacted Flying Doors and a replacement glass unit arrived within a week. The customer service was fantastic and a very pleasent change from most customer service departments. First class, thoroughly reccommended. Will use them again for the next poroject.

After reading all the lovely reviews I decided to go ahead and place an order for a sliding door. The ordering and delivery process went seamlessly. However, the fitting service has proved a shambles. In hindsight, we should have sourced an independent fitter. There was confusion on whether an outside trickle vent should be fitted since the part had been supplied and unfortunately there was misinformation in the process. When we tried to get an understanding of whether this was actually required we were met by arrogance by Ash who I believe is the fitting manager hence 2 stars as the fitting service took away a lot from what could have been a pleasant experience. In addition to this, a white strip used to conceal the screws in the door was not fitted and this was brought to my attention by our builder. I definitely will not be ordering from the company again neither will I be recommending it to friends and family.

Really lovely customer service, absolutely fantastic prices, doors look great, only reason I didn't give 5* is I think when spending thousands delivery should be free (that's with all companies not just this one) and one of the doors is a little hard to close, but it may loosen up over time, Other than that I couldn't be happier.

Online ordering was straightforward and the telephone customer support was excellent. Product arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I shopped around for doors that not only met my requirements but that could be supplied quickly. I called their office to check everything was in stock before I placed the order - their customer service was top notch.

The order was placed online, and delivered within the week. The driver was so careful to make sure everything was unloaded safely and without damage. All the doors and hardware were wrapped, with the glass separate. We had no problems inserting it into the doors, and secured with the supplied beading.

Super pleased with my oak coloured doors - they have more of a composite feel to them than UPVC with a lovely faint wood grain. Highly recommend!

From ordering to delivery Flying Doors exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed of despatch and the driver himself told me exactly where he was and time of arrival. The driver was wonderful and polite. He even helped my builder to bring the doors around the back. Exceptional service.
