I recently purchased bi-folding doors and windows and the service from flying doors was fantastic. I specifically would like to mention Mandy who provided fantastic support. We live in Aberdeenshire and this region is out with the normal delivery zone for Flying Doors but Mandy supported and engaged with the delivery business and got the doors delivered directly to our house. I spoke with other suppliers and their initial promises of speedy supply quickly faded at the point that they had to commit. With Flying Doors they beat their first commitment date once I placed my order and they had the commitment from me.
The doors arrived exactly when they said they would and the driver was extremely helpful and friendly. The doors look great and although they are still being installed the quality looks great and we are extremely pleased with them. I would happy recommend using Flying Doors to anyone seeking to buy doors or windows.

We ordered french doors from their website as they stated quick 8-10 delivery. We soon received confirmation that in fact, delivery will take much longer. After phoning up, I was told that their website is not updated yet (maybe time to update it huh? I checked now - it still says 8-10 days). OK, we decided to wait. On the delivery day, the van broke down 10min away from our address. I was advised that next delivery can happen nearly a week later, after multiple calls we managed to have delivery booked for 3 days later. Then, french doors arrived without keys and vent covers that we ordered. Also, a frame is scratched but it's pointless to even raise this matter with them. I was promised next day delivery, it's over a week and I'm still waiting. Customer service is very friendly, however obviously not well informed of what is actually going on, whenever I talk to someone I'm told completely different information, so it feels like they just come up with lies and excuses. This all turned into a nightmare, I had to pay for a locksmith and will have to pay again for someone to install new locks when (AND IF) replacement lock and vents arrive. DON'T USE THEM

Super easy process and what a great price. The doors arrived on time, our builder fitted them in next to no time and I can’t fault the quality at all.

Excellent service, doors arrived on date stated and the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. The doors themselves were great and straight forward to install. I did have a question and called up to get some advice and the lady on the phone was very helpful and directed me accordingly. Sorry I have forgotten the name of the staff member and delivery driver but they were brilliant

Absolutely amazing service.
Firstly, the door was delivered in around 2 weeks in my case which was whole 6 weeks faster than competition!
Delivery date and time was clear and I could track the drivers location which is awesome.
Driver helped me carry heavy door inside as well.

Cracking service from start to finish, the guy taking the order knew his stuff, could advise me on things I wasn’t sure about, delivered bang on time, no missing items and the new doors are now fitted with no issues, the delivery driver really couldn’t have been nicer, he delivered on one of the worst days of the year but was still smiling and polite. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again in the future!

I have been pleased with my purchase of French doors. The ordering was simple and was provided date for delivery and it arrived on the date advised. The doors look good, I am sure they will also look good when installed. The delivery driver put them in my garage, which was most helpful.

From ordering to delivery of my french doors and windows it has been a excellent service by phoning I was advised of difference option of how to build the units other than what I could find using the web site.
I have now installed them which was easier than I thought it would be as I am not a trained fitter tip buy the correct fitting tools this could be a option that flying doors could offer
