Ordered 1st of October Now the 23rd and they have just sent an email saying order dispatched, despite me paying for 48 hour delivery. Emailed them twice no reply. There are better suppliers out there. Avoid.
I ordered a few packs of partridge hooks from this company and was charged £4 postage for a tiny envelope 17x12cm weighing 24g with a first class large letter stamp affixed that costs £1.45. I queried why I was substantially overcharged postage but was flippantly assured that “this doesn’t need to be elaborated”. It does because I paid for the service however I noticed they don’t do this with their eBay store they charge postage accurately due to the fact they are held to account by eBay. It’s a small amount but I don’t like this poor practice of pinching from customers. Items will be sent back for a full refund and I will never use them again.
I spent time checking out this seller before submitting an order and was impressed with the pre-purchase customer service. I then checked out my first order just after noon, and received my goods just after 10am the following morning. Fantastic, considering I chose the basic Royal Mail option. Upon inspecting my purchase everything was in order, and the product itself has met my expectations fully. Very happy indeed, thank you.
