I just bought two zior Park albums one signed and one not, I would totally recommend I got them in under a week and I'm in Denmark it's so cheap too amazing side!

FNAC always gives great service.
Speedy. on time, and in good condition. All despite the long way to my door from France!

I ordered 3 Musicalbums with them. They were send out and arrived very quickly and were packaged safely. The shipping was also a good price. I just could not figure out if it is possible to change the language (But I understood enough to navigate the site).

I worked for this place as an online product reviewer this place is a scam. If you invest money into trying to finish a mission you don’t get that money back they basically keep it. I lost 375 dollars to this company that I will never get back. The trainers will push you into making purchases that you can’t afford. All I want is my 375 dollars back then the website blocked me when I tried to get back on after asking for my money back.Hopefully this place gets shut down permanently.they also want you to lie about the product to up there ratings. They also expect you to borrow money from people to complete the task. This is poor management and something needs to be done the owner is a millionaire and 375 dollars isn’t going to break him

I purchased several electronic and related items from FNAC. I am very satisfied with my purchases. All have worked as expected. Overall, I have had a very good experience while shopping at and purchasing products from FNAC. Quite happy with their friendly and knowledgeable employees and customer service too.

SCAM alert! I got my iphone and they proposed me to get an insurance whi h I denied. One month later, they started charging me and sent me a document with my name (fake standard signature docusign style) on it like if I did sign it!!! What joke is this? You guys are scammers! Contact me and solve it immediately

Mis sold the FNAC+ card, refuse to cancel and refund. Took part in a 10 euro promotion it did not work, contacted support who said it was my fault for not entering the code while placing the order (I did, multiple times because the order kept failing)
Regarding the failing orders. Every order I have placed I have had to complete numerous times as the website frequently crashes when trying to complete thenorder.

Again customer "service" refuse to help and constantly blame me.

Asked to speak to a manager, they are just as bad as the customer service representative.

Chat constantly freezes and then times out. No option to email in the complaint. Was asked to call a phone number that charges 0.40 euros per minute plus the price of the call (which is an international number) why should I pay through the nose to call them to fix errors that they have caused.

In short they owe me 10 euros in credit on my account and they also owe me 9.99 euros for the mis sold card.

My experience was great. Minimum service time without delay , yet with great service. I love the staffs I must confess.

I have ordered an item 2 months ago.
The item has been lost by the postal services.
I spent hours trying to communicate with the customer service.
After many discussions, multiple investigations that indicate the package was lost, they told us that they were re-sending the item, only to tell us one week later that they were not resending it and opening one more investigation instead.
They actually lied to us multiple times and the package is now 1 month delayed, lost and FNAC is not doing anything about it and not refunding us and finding new ways to make us wait.
This is unacceptable.
The worst customer service I have seen in my life.

Didn't send me the item I ordered because the price shown was apparently an error. However, my legal representative said that I was in the right. Point 2.2 Terms and Conditions of your Terms and Conditions reads as follows: «Once the customer has placed an order, a summary of the information of an order will be communicated to the customer via an email sent by FNAC to confirm the order. The contract is concluded with the customer when FNAC confirms the customer's order.» Unfortunately Fnac simply ignored my email.

I was recently scammed of over $1700 AUD by a company claiming to be related to FNAC. I was to rate goods sold via the FNAC online portal and be paid a commission. After quite an in-depth investigation I contacted several FNAC corporate individuals on 3 different occasions about what had happened. I was eventually contacted and told that they knew what was happening but could do nothing about it! This ruined my Christmas as it occurred 4 days before Christmas and placed me in financial stress. I requested to be compensated as I had all transcriptions and contacts of the transactions, however it was never addressed. I find this to be a disgraceful action by such a large publicly listed company. They knew it was happening, and not just to me, but did not care. Also, my emails were eventually replied to by someone from the Fraud department and not the people I actually contacted.
