Ordered customised balloons for a late-evening delivery (BD surprise early next morning), only to wake up and find half of the balloons deflated on the floor. For a company selling celebration setups, that alone is bad enough — but unfortunately, it wasn’t the only issue.

Multiple balloons had my husband’s name spelled incorrectly, & custom stickers were badly attached / peeling.

What made the experience even worse was the response from customer service. Leo was completely unapologetic, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. His response was: the balloons “normally last 8 hours” -which, for everyone’s info, is not stated anywhere on their website.

This was meant to be a special birthday moment, and instead it was major let down.

If you’re ordering for anything important for your special moment, I would strongly think twice.

The cake was milkish and creamy. I for one don’t like fluffy cakes so it wasn’t fluffy as per my preference and that cake was for my girlfriend’s Birthday/engagement.

First, the official website is responsive and easy to navigate.

So i was browsing for some gifts for my wife's birthday. When i was about to check out, i left my order hanging due to an urgent call at work. Because of it, i actually forgot the whole birfthday gift thing.

Fortunately, FNP gave me a call to remind me of my pending order. A guy named Rhoby assisted me through that call. He is courteous and polite, also gave me a huge discount coupon! Big thanks to this man! You're awesome!

Their website showed a photo of around 30 flowers which I bought to send to my friend for her birthday. After I bought this bouquet, FNP have told me they are only sending 7 flowers. Misleading advertisement that appears to be designed to trick customers and they don't even try to fix it! Stay away.
