Bad service. Most time they didn’t delivery items

Subject: Formal Complaint – Non-Delivery of Order and Request for Full Refund

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service I experienced with my recent order.

I placed an order for International Women’s Day (8 March) and paid high delivery charges for a specific delivery date and time. However, the order was not delivered at all, and what is even more unacceptable is that no one from your company contacted me to inform me, explain the delay, or provide any update.

For an international occasion such as Women’s Day, delivery timing is critical. Your failure to deliver the order completely defeats the purpose of the service.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced such issues with your company. FNP repeatedly charges customers significant delivery fees but fails to provide the promised service, leaving customers under stress and ignoring calls and inquiries.

This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Therefore, I formally request the following:
1. Immediate full refund of the order amount including delivery charges to my original payment method.
2. Written confirmation of the refund.

Please note that under UAE consumer protection regulations, charging for a service that was not provided is a violation of consumer rights. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with filing an official complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities in the UAE, requesting investigation and penalties for failure to deliver paid services.

I expect your urgent response and refund without delay.

First time order experience

It was my first time placing an order, and I’m really happy with the overall experience. The process was smooth, and everything was handled very professionally. Special thanks to Rhobby for his kind assistance in helping me reschedule my order and making sure it was delivered to me today. I truly appreciate the effort and great customer service. Definitely a thumbs up, and I look forward to ordering again in the future! 👍

Rhoby assisted me with placing my order…

Rhoby assisted me with placing my order on FNP and made the whole process smooth and efficient.  Was helpful, responsive, and ensured that everything was completed as quickly as possible. I really appreciated her effort in helping finalise the order and making sure it was processed at the earliest. Great support and a pleasant experience overall.
