Mixer mix up

I ordered a mixer tap from Onbuy who sources it from FNX Bathrooms
The mixer was not stocked by FNX but it seems Onbuy didn’t know this and charged me anyway. What a nightmare getting a refund
FNX were great when Onbuy finally spoke to them. It seems I am now being refunded … All due to Chloe in FNX office

Great customer service

The item I ordered arrived damaged. I contacted FNX and they had a replacement with me the next day. Amazing customer service and reasonably priced products. Would buy from them again.

Lost Product Replacement

Ordered a concealed cistern through their BnQ store. Original was lost by Evri, let FNX know and a replacement was sent out immediately and came in a couple of days. No hassle. Really good to deal with and product looks a fair quality and is as described.

Dont get messed about

This company sells on both ebay, under at least 3 user names (Bathroom Supermarket UK; Bathroom Spares Store; fitheowner) and also via B&Q market, aswell as online as FNX Bathrooms. I know this because in total, ive tried to order a specific style/name of tap 4 times. On each occasion, they advertise it as being in stock, however when you pay, they generate a postage label (with expected delivery date) but they never send out the item. On each occasion, the tracking shows Royalmail are expecting the parcel, but it never get dispatched, scanned or received into the postage system. Ive had to contact them each time to get a refund, and each time, the response is the same. They calm issues with shipping or damaged and it has to be returned, well this would have showing on postage tracking if it was true but it clearly does not. Also, once a parcel has entered the postage system, by law, it cant be removed and would travel through it till destination, ask Royalmail.

Excellent products and fantastic service

The items were good quality. Unfortunately fnx sent me a different fitting to the one I ordered but as soon as I realised and contacted them they immediately resolved the problem without any fuss. Mistakes can happen for everyone but it is what you do to resolve them that shows how genuinely good a company is and FNX were excellent. Thank you. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.
