A good job well done
Foamroof installed a loft ladder, boarded out a portion of my loft and foamed the inside of the roof.
Before they started broken tiles were replaced and the lead flashing at the base of the chimney stack was renewed. The replaces the glass roof to the conservatory with a solid one and foamed the inside and then put up a facia. All the workmen behaved professionally and were friendly. Especially Marlan who took a pride in his work and worked hard in all weathers. The rubbish was cleared away promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Of course I shall have to wait until winter to see if it works at insulating the cottage.

They sorted the problem out
I would like to say that after some teething problems, this company has gone out of its way to resolve them. They have been called back three times to my garage roof and I have to say the workers were very polite ,friendly and tidied up after themselves. It is nice to know that there are still businesses out there that will put themselves out to resolve the problems with the customer. The office staff very helpful and I would use this company again.

Very good product
The product is undoubtedly a very good idea, it seals, insulates and weatherproofs the roof in a way standard insulation can't. This is particularly helpful to us as our roof is made up of slate tiles and can be difficult to deal with but there were no problems with the application of the foam and it is working well. There were a few problems with the overall job due to some oversights and mis-communications however these were resolved after a few phone conversations.

Happy with the product!
The product is good,
Unfortunately they Brought our installation day forward.
Installation took longer as they didn’t have enough foam to complete (everything was out of sequence due to extremely bad weather).
The fitters were good guys, Very pleasant and cleared up after themselves.
We are very happy with the result, our loft has become a spare room for storing stuff safely.
I would recommend this company to my family & Freinds

Good, But Not Perfect
The team that turned up to do the task were fantastic. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and cleaned up well afterwards. The standard of their work was very good. Given that the work was done in the Spring we cannot yet vouch for the efficiency of the insulation.
The reason for not awarding 5 stars is that the surveyor overstated the quality of the finish. The area sprayed is in an open ceiling room and after the survey we were left with the impression that the finish would be such that there would be no need to board the ceiling and we could paint the foam. Sadly, despite their best efforts, this was not possible.
Despite the specific issue of the finish we are considered using Foamroof to spray the remaining attic space in the future.

Well pleased with the roofing works and spray foam on my roof I have already noticed a difference in temperature has been warmer throughout the house. We also had Foamroof back to put a new roof on my garage as we converted it into gym. The teams were very professional tidy and friendly.

Thanks your reply but it as more than just cardboard that had to be removed and disposed of. This was quoted for and the initial £20.00 reduction was not accepted by me and took several phone calls on your side to resolve. As to the oil stains from Mercedes Van, no compensation was requested or offered by Foamroof.

Hi Mr Mackula, I'm sorry you felt we have not delivered to our usual standard. We have checked this end and we have not charged you any more than was quoted and have in fact reduced your final bill as you removed the cardboard and our van leaked oil (despite a service at Mercedes the previous working day, now fixed!). Can you please clarify why only the two stars as when we spoke on the day you were very pleased with the job?
