I bought many times from DocalPrice. The delivery dates are as promised and purchases come well packed. I use FocalPrice.com mostly to buy electronics. I also use focalprice.com for dropshipping in my business on eBay. Never had a complaint from any of my customers. When help is needed FocalPrice.com staff is there for you. They will answer in a polite and helpful manner.

Focalprice has reviews from very bad to excellent. I doubted first a little, will I buy from them or not. But there were so low prices and I took the risk. Never regreted the decision. My first buy was a very cheap mp3 player. It worked but had some issues. Customer support answered in a day and they were very polite and solved the problem so we both were satisfied.
I have bought a few things after that and these arrived in the promised time. With no transport fee and very long distance I never expexted the packets to arrive the next day. :)

All the other things I bought were quality products in an excellent condition, there's nothing bad to say. Also the china products develop all the time and they actually last very well.

Focalprice offers discounts and competitions. Sometimes there are hidden objects on their pages and everybody wins something (a coupon or discount etc.) who founds them. So the company offers low prices plus fun shopping, they are creative and surprising in a positive way.
I will definitely keep on buying from them and can recommend the shop to you, too! :)

I bought this online store from very small items such as mp3 to items such as smartphones and tablets and everything was perfect. attention to complaints is well received and resolved in the best way. I love shopping at this store.

Placed an order back in November 2013 and never received it. They refused to refund my money stating that I did receive the item to call my post office. Don't waste your time and money.

Given that Focalprice.com is intermediary between the factory and the customer, it works very very well. Of course that there is always the possibility of getting better and better service.

We in Europe and probably in the rest of the world look on China as a cheap country. Almost all famous brands are made in China. We are already in beginning expect that for a little money we get something excellent, and this does not exist in a country where we also live. Of course that in China the same product cheaper than in other places because of the cheaper labor force, and perhaps VAT.

I bought a pair of mobile phones (cheap cell phones). For some there was a problem, on others did not. Problems have been fix to the mutual satisfaction.
To my messages I received an answer within a one day. Because of the time difference, to me it was great. I'm living in Croatia, on Croatian web sites, for some products I do not get answers within a week.

My experiences were excellent with the Focalprice, so I would recommend everyone to buy products here. I will definitely buy again here.

I am very satisfied with the website focalprice for it is the cheapest and most reliable sites based in China I have ordered a smartphone that I have received yesterday morning I am very happy nothing to say thank you focalprice,the last 17 ​​days delivery.

this company has the worst customer service ever. They made a mistake in my order (wrong item shipped, which happens. No big deal): it has been three months and 26 messages exchanged. They still haven't sent my item!!! They just drive you crazy, asking you the same questions over and over and replying as if they don't read what you write. Pay a few bucks more, and go order somewhere else!

Bought two MJX helicopters and was they were in stock and also both had 40% discount! also free worldwide shipping. good deal paid righ away and after two days my account had all shipped plus two tracingnumbers.....!! after two weeks the money was paid back??? with the info items were sent back because shipping was more than expected and therefore orders ware canceled?????? also the items were out of stock!!
Again after 4 days the items were back in stock on website and price was 100% twice the amount i paid for them..............FOCALPRICE REALLY IS A SCAM WEBSITE

They sell stuff at very low price but don't deliver. They then keep the money without refund.

If you try to open a paypal litigation, they ask you to close it to receive your item (which you'll never receive of course).

Bad Customer service, they'll take your money and not deliver. Avoid Poor Service, no service. web site is bad. they blame everybody else. 'Is not my problem, the shipper is bad, the mail is bad, the manufacter is bad, the holiday is now, is the WORLD problem, 'IS NOT focalprice probelm.

item I ordered finally came today. it took over 3 weeks to get it. very slow. they were also slow to communicate. overall I was not pleased.

Poor Service, no service, Bad Customer service, they'll take your money and not deliver. Avoid

When I ordered something for them the price seemed awesome and I decided to spend the $25 total required to get the free tracking. The emails they sent me as order and payment conformation also contained the "tracking link" but when you try and click on it nothing happens its FAKE!

Secondly its been over a month since I placed my order and I'm still waiting on my package which they said would arrive in 10-14 days.

Next time I need an electronic I'll pay a little more for a site I know and trust rather than looking for the best deal.

I paid for my phone on Nov 30th 2013. First they provided fake tracking number, after a whole month of back and forth messages. then they said they have to wait for the package to return,then they promised to reship, but now it is out of stock. How could a recently returned item which they have sworn to have shipped be out of stock. So full 60 days later, I asked for a refund, and they told me they are going on holiday and will process only after they come back from holidays two weeks later.
What a waste of time and money! Do not even visit their site!!!

I ordered a tablet for my 82yr old mother with failing eyesight so I could oad free call apps to make calling her family living overseas easier to call. The time and date were set for China and couldn't be altered and after installing some apps, was no longer able to scroll though the screen - not helpful with a touch screen!
Prior to the scrolling function failing, I sent a complaint to them initially about the wrong connection for the UK and they sent a new one for Europe - so helpful! , which they replaced quickly - good! I then added to this message to say the product was faulty. They asked me to send GBP 15 as it would be quicker than returning - Really?! I have to pay extra to get a new unit to replace a faulty unit they sent!
I have had no reply, just logged into my account to find that all previous messages and the RMA has been removed.
Would I buy from them again? - not a hope in hell's chance!
Lesson learned - never buy cheap products and always check the reliability of the company you are dealing with!

I bought the GD IPPO Y88 tablet , but got a tablet with lower specifications instead. They advertised dual core 1.5Ghz. I got dual core 1032 Mhz. They advertised rear camera 1.3 mega pixel. I got rear camera 0.3 mega pixels. They advertised Screen Resolution 1024 x 600. I got 800 x 430. They are deceitful.

Also, the tablet's ac adapter stopped working within a month and I am using a friend's charger. The tablet's battery is failing and lasts only 10 minutes after a full charge, and that is after 38 days of use. I wasted £40 and they are not responding to my emails.

Please do not buy from them, there is no warranty on goods from China and you end up paying more. They lie and send you much lower specification products than they advertise making them more expensive than UK retails.
