I purchased a DRL strip for a Transit Custom which they didn't even have in stock. After waiting 4 months for it to arrive from China, I eventually recieved it, then fitted it and it was completely faulty.
I was told to return it. If had no replies to emails or messages 3 weeks later and no DRL.
These people are scam artists and i will be taking legal action.
Stay clear.

One star is too much. Just stay clear of this lot. I bought a clutch they advertise. Was told no longer is stock, fair enough refund sent back over a week later and not full amount, ignored messages.

Ordered a front splitter for my Fiesta ST, £175 + £35 postage.
Item arrived with a deep scratch.
Contacted them with regards to the issue and eventually got a reply from their representative, Charlie via email. He tried to suggest it may be the courier's fault, it wasn't. The packaging was fine.
Eventually offered me the choice of a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement as I can understand these things happen.
Was promised it would be with me a week ago, still waiting. No response to further messages.
Why advertise something you cannot deliver?
Don't know what they are like with regards to the mechanical side of their business but from a retail perspective they are not to be trusted. Paid a lot of money for a part they cannot supply and struggling to get this issue resolved. I certainly wouldn't leave my car with them. Absolutely shocking.

This was a while back. I inquired about going stage 2 with some additinal add ons, email talks back and forth went well and I booked in the work. Arriving on the day guy on the desk wasn't very happy or helpful the work was due to be done within the day and that was agreed prior but I didn't get any calls or updates. I called up not long before close to them being surprised I had agreed to pick up same day so had to rush over and there was one young guy left in office as everyone else had left or was leaving as I arrived so he just wanted the bill payed and me to go. Just overall experience as a first time customer wasn't great bill came to around 3g but after reading on here some people have spent a lot more and still received bad service Im glad I didnt go back and found another garage seems not to be a one off for bad service.. Think they just want the money plus invoice I now look back on prices wasn't great revo themselves was much cheaper

I ordered an Exhaust from SCC Performance and it had a manufacturing issue. Customer service sorted it out for me in a very fast, friendly, and efficient manner, ordering me a different exhaust from a different supplier and keeping me in the loop at all times. I recommend this company 100%, and this is how a business should be run. I will be back to purchase again...

I've visited SCC performance a few times, for upgraded exhaust and suspension. All the team, Rob, Charlie, Tom, Harry and Albert to name a few, are genuinely passionate about customer service and cars. Highly recommended.Keep up the great work

After sales service is non existent. Had a rear spoiler fitted and it started to lift within a week. Contacted SCC who fobbed me off every time I got in touch with them. Eventually they got in touch with the sub supplier to send me a roll of 3M tape and SCC expected me to refit the spoiler myself !
Again, after complaining that I shouldn’t have to do this myself, I was completely ignored.
Please, do not use this company unless you are prepared to accept terrible workmanship.

Bought a part off the website, told me they couldn't get the part! Nearly 2 months later and I'm still waiting for a refund, they've now stopped responding to my emails too! Great service! 👎🏻

Great prices, good communications and prompt delivery. Couldn’t find cheaper and you won’t do better if I could give 10 stars I would !

I have used this company to purchase a number of items and have been impressed with them, good communication and products, this is where they earn the one star.

However, back end of last year I purchased a product for my car, the communication was good and product delivered promptly, but unfortunately they had not included any fitting instructions and there was no clear way it could be installed. So I requested the instructions and after waiting a number of weeks I finally got some, but for the installation of the same product but different manufacturer, and completely different brackets, after loads of going backwards and forwards taking photos etc, I sent it back and asked for a refund as I believe it was the wrong fit for my car.

Over a month later, I am still waiting for my refund and being fobbed off with a variety of excuses, I am now taking this to court.

Unfortunately I do not like to criticise a business as this affects people livelihoods, but I would advise people to look elsewhere and not use SCC Performance

No Parts arrived! Bad!!!!

Worst support ever, just waiting 1 year on parts, not one parts has arrived. Shame on this, every other company had a 100% better support! Till waiting on my money!!!!!!

After seeing other peoples good reviews thought I could trust Scc with carrying out the stage 2 on my car. When I was given the car back the Intercooler was wonky and not straight. I contacted Scc and all I got back was arrogance and excuses. Will not be using them again

Been in the ford scene for many years as a die hard enthusiast, must say this company takes the biscuit in terms of terrible after sales service and clear daylight robbery in terms of pricing, owner and some staff need shaming as they business sucks, = never again

Avoid these idiot
They tell lies and never phone you back even after spending 8000.00
The owner believes he is a know it all and a hard man but he knows not a lot and is a little girl
Do not use these guys as you will be messed about

After reading reviews I phoned SCC to get a price for work on my fiesta mk7.5 the person on the phone was very good. That's the one star. I liked the price and said as I was in st albans the next day ill pop in which I did the guy on reception confirmed the price but had to check delivery of parts.so I said let's go and book me in also why I was there he gave a price for a stage 3 upgrade to my choice total cost £7000 pounds.Great let's do it. One week later nothing no phone call nothing so I phoned and was told the guy was packing some boxes and would phone me.Yes you guessed it nothing so in all 3 weeks wasted. Would be nice for someone from SCC to tell me why I wasn't a valid customer?

Just had my RS annual MOT and service with SCC Performance today, and everything was A1 as it always is with SCC. Knowledgable and courteous staff who know their stuff and really take care of your car. I wouldn’t take my RS anywhere else.

One of the best garages i've ever been, if you want to get your car modified definitely this is the place. Great team and great services for good prices.
