We apologise for the fact that your order was delayed. We did ship this the same day that it was placed, however due to the recent Royal Mail strikes some orders were delayed. These strikes were quite well documented and televised. We also had a banner on our website stating the dates of the upcoming strikes and to expect delays so we are quite suprised that you were either unaware of these and/or you continued to place your order regardless.
With regards to your 4 emails, these were all sent on a weekend and we responded to you first thing on Monday morning with an apology and by promptly issuing a full refund of your shipping fee.
Furthermore, we can see according to the tracking information that your order was delivered on the same Monday mentioned above, therefore we really do not believe that this review is warranted or appropriate.
Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I ordered RandM tornado 7000 gummy bear and strawberry watermelon. Very early Thursday morning and have now received them before noon Friday next day. Next day delivery was £5.99 and each vape on sale at £11.95. Very fast service, good price and received a free vegan refresher sweet with my order. 10/10 for my first time ordering here.

DO NOT ORDER!!
One of the worst places i ever ordered from. Ive been buying vapes, eliquads since the begining for many years now, and purchased from so many different places online.
But this has to be the worst place i ever ordered from, there customer service team is abmysal, absolutely dreadful!
First i signed up for new account and was offered a 10% discount code to use on my first order, there was no terms to using it in there first email, i placed an order and put the code in and it said applied but no money came off my order so i continued to place the order and just wrote them an email hoping that they would just refund the discount amount back to me.
They contacted me saying that they cant refund the discount as i cant use discount codes on the items i ordered, which was ridiculous.
Then they went ahead and posted my order which i recieved quickly. To my shock the order was missing one flavour that i ordered, i ordered 5 flavours that i needed togather that i spent alot of time to go through the website and choose and now i didnt receive one which messed up my whole order. So i thought okay i will email them and they will hopefully just send out the missing item. Unfortunetly for no reason whatsoever they said they cant send out missing items instead all they can do is refund for the missing item, which is not what i was looking for at all!
This completly messed up my order and the flavour combinations that i wanted, the whole service was poor and i would never order from there again and i advice others not to order from there either!

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the fact that our service was not up to your expectations.
The pop-up box on our website with the incentive to sign up to our newsletter clearly states that the discount code only applies to orders for E-Liquids and Kits. Your order was solely for disposables, hence why it could not be applied and we were unable to issue a refund to match the discount.
With regards to the discrepancy in your order, this was our mistake and we did respond to your email within the same day to apologise for this and resolved the matter immediately by issuing a refund for the missing item. We do understand that it is disappointing for you to not receive all of the items you have ordered and we will work harder to ensure that this type of mistake is not repeated in future.
We are a business that prides ourselves on customer service and although it is dissapoining for us to receive such a review, this has given us even more motivation and determination to succeed in our goal.
Once again, our sincere apologies for the dissatisfaction you have experienced on your first order with us, however we do hope that this will not deter you from using our service again in the future.
