best service

it was so easy to order & they had loads in stock. my order came within 2 days of purchasing and they even threw in a free sweet. best experience i’ve ever had with a vape shop i’d definitely recommend :)

Would definitely recommend!

After reading reviews on here I thought I would give them a try, can honestly say I will definitely be ordering from here again, fast delivery, good prices overall amazing service!! Also got a drumstick sweet in my package which was a cute touch! Look forward to buying from here again

It’s so bad

It’s so bad, i haven’t got my order yet, been waiting. haven’t even sent me a confirmation email, keeps saying i never ordered and they look my money out.

Hi Lauren, you placed your order on a Saturday night and expected the order to be delivered to you on Sunday. Unfortunately there is no courier that will allow us to post your parcel at 9pm on Saturday and in regards to a confirmation email, after you contacted us on Tidio we established you recieved the email but it was in your spam.

Absolutely brilliant company top quality liquids reasonably priced very fast dispatch and delivery highly recommended definitely my go to company know. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well

The story of the 2 negative reviews…

The story of the 2 negative reviews were all over Facebook and the customer was clearly in cloud 9. I have been shopping with FoggHaus since the beginning and can not say a word bad about them. I have had my products delivered the next day even when i've ordered at 6:30pm sometimes, I have had random upgrades from the owner along with a bottle of juice thrown in here or there, tell me what's not to like?

Much better places to shop

Sends wrong items instead of what I ordered. Dispatch time was slow. Juices are awful, binned most of the order. Would not order again. Plenty of other places are miles ahead of these.

Great deals and prices

I have placed a few orders from fogghaus vapes and each one has been spot on. Absolutely outstanding prices and amazing deals to be found. Thay have always bent over backwards to make sure that I have recieved 5 star service and any queries have been answered swiftly. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting to purchase eliquid, coils or hardware
