Use a different service. Although the prices are affordable I would suggest you use a different company. After having my iPhone 6 screen repaired in October I recently found out that my phone was missing the internal screen shield and screws after having it repaired by a different service. In addition to this is took more than a week to receive my phone back and the process was delayed by being told there were additional repairs required that were totally unnecessary.

As a first time user of Fone Angels, I was impressed by the cost of the repair, the website was easy to use and the package to send the item in arrived quickly.
I sent my iPad off as arranged. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or text to confirm the item had been received safely, so maybe this could be looked into to ensure a text is sent when the item is received.
I got an email to confirm the device had been looked at and I was also offered an additional repair to the device which wasn’t a mandatory repair, and it was simple to refuse this.
Within 48 hours my device was returned in a secure and well packed envelope. The repair has been done to a high standard and I’m pleased the device is now working as it should.
I would use Fone Angels again when I need more repairs completing.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment the postage pack arrived right through to getting my phone back, everything was superb. Fone Angels kept me regularly updated with progress and when i got my phone back it looked and worked like new! The service was quick, efficient and excellent value for money. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for phone repairs to seriously look at Fone Angels first.

Disgraceful service. I sent my phone in to have its screen replaced and it came back with a broken microphone. When I returned it, they said the microphone had been damaged by me (it was working perfectly when I sent it in) and refused to take responsibility. They've returned my phone and now it freezes/crashes whenever I touch the screen. I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if they'd done this on purpose to make a point. My advice would be to find a proper company to fix your phone, the people at foneangels are unpleasant and completely hopeless.

Have used fone angels several times now and not always been particularly satisfied. They always seem to find additional work that requires more money being spent. I have never agreed to the additional work being carried out and my ipad always works just as well when it is returned. Not convinced the additional work is necessary.

Yet again we've had a broken iPad screen repaired. Same device, same 7 year old responsible for breakage six months ago. This time she actually videos herself dropping it!!
I was hoping but not expecting the same seamless, effortless, efficient, speedy, affordable repair service from Fone Angels with the same high quality of communication - responsive and informative - at each stage in the process. But hand it to them, their service was absolutely faultless again and stupidly easy to use.

prompt and efficient service. The screen used to repair my iPhone 7 was of high quality and looked the same as the original. Excellent service and worth paying that little bit more as the 12 month guarantee is worth having. All in all and thoroughly recommended service.

When my little boy dropped his ipad mini and cracked the screen I thought that was the end of it ! I stumbled across Fone Angels via an internet search and decided to give them a try. The website is very professional, nicely laid out and the pricing is clear. I took advantage of the free main-in pack and I was was highly impressed by the customer service (we stayed in email contact albeit over the Christmas holiday). When the ipad was sent back with a replacement screen we were amazed - the workmanship exceeded expectations. My little boy thinks we bought him a new ipad.

I sent off an iPad to phone angels for a screen replacement. They sent a bespoke box to post it to them which was really well designed. They let me know when they received the iPad. They did recommend a precautionary replacement of the power ribbon cable as it was close to the worst damage but I asked them to just replace the screen as the iPad was an older model. Once they had replaced the screen they let me know when they had posted the iPad back. It arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition. I was a little worried at some of the reviews I have seen but my experience has been absolutely fine. The posting box, processing and repair have been excellent. I would be very happy to use them again.

I would have given this five stars but there was some delay in returning the item, perhaps due to the Christmas period.
