Great customer service
The website is very easy to use, the ordering process was good but unexpectedly the security check failed but credit check passed. never had a failure on a security check ever. Called the customer service team and got straight through which was great and was quickly guided what needed to be done to manually override the automated security check. Once that was sorted, called back to process the order, Molly and Lucy were great and they swiftly sorted it out in no time.

He was extremely helpful, friendly and worked so hard to get my order through even though we had a struggle due to adress details not matching up with Vodafone. Poor service, NO next day delivery!!!!!
Used this service to sign up for new contract. No cashback or redemption with most of their offers, much better offers elsewhere, better phones offered etc. Nobody responds out of hours, their chat support is as basic as could be - unmanned most of the time with endless '9 people are waiting in line' which stays like that for hours. Then was notified theres a delay in getting the phone to me despite ordering it two days ago (now 3rd day waiting). Overall a bad experience, and you will soon realise they are a poorly managed, small outfit masquerading as an established brand.

Having reviewed your account, we can see that your initial query related to cashback offers available elsewhere. We responded to your email, explaining that the cashback deals we could see were attached to higher monthly cost plans, and we invited you to send us the comparable offers you had found so we could review them and see whether we could provide a competitive alternative. We also offered to discuss this with you over the phone at a time that suited you. Unfortunately, we did not receive the details of the alternative offers before you decided to cancel your order.
Regarding your comments about our customer support, our opening hours are clearly displayed on our website. We do not advertise or claim to offer an out-of-hours support service, so unfortunately we are unable to respond outside of these hours.
Following your request to cancel, we worked with you via email to explain the cancellation process, arrange for DPD to return the handset to us, and ensure the contract would be disconnected correctly to avoid any unnecessary early termination charges. We also advised against cancelling your Direct Debit before the disconnection had been completed, as this could cause issues with the network.
We're sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations. However, we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist and wish you all the best moving forward.

I would recommend to stay away
I would recommend to stay away. Pay few pounds more a month but, stay out of fuss Once you come out of a contract/device plan with fonehouse, three will still charge you the device corresponding amount.
You'll have to fight back for your rights and for your money

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
To clarify, when a minimum term comes to an end, all mobile networks will continue your service on a rolling monthly basis unless you provide the required 30 days' notice to cancel or choose to upgrade to a new handset or SIM-only plan. This is because, without an active service, you would lose access to your mobile number. This information is also outlined in your contract documentation and contract summary provided when your order was placed.
We can also see that we made several attempts to contact you in March to let you know that you were due an upgrade and to discuss the options available to you before your minimum term ended.
If you believe there is an issue with the charges applied to your account, we'd be happy to review this with you. Please contact our Customer Care team so we can look into your individual circumstances and ensure everything has been billed correctly.
