Fones Zone 

Codes for my LG Optimus are obtained by FZ from elsewhere so delivery is not instant but arrived within stated time. Instructions a bit vague. 2 codes delivered but no mention of how to use "backup code" and neither code worked 1st time for me.
Response to support query was only in evenings so don't expect instant turnaround. Site advertises online support but not offered to me. First response to query was vague and ambiguous, but after follow-up query I got succinct and successful help next day. Overall it took 4 days from order to get successful unlock.

I am in Cyprus and brought a T-Mobile phone with me. I submitted the order and had an unlock code within 2 days. Unfortunately the code did not work. I submitted a support ticket and received excellent and fast help. Still no success so they refunded the full amount to my credit card.

The service was very quick and professional, I received a number of emails giving me updates of when to expect to receive the code I requested, and when I did encounter a problem, I received prompt advice almost immediately. Unfortunately the code didn't work for me as I needed to unlock a 3G phone and hadn't realised the codes don't work for them but nonetheless, I had a great customer experience with this company and would definitely use them again.

I needed to unlock my phone as fast as possible and was recommended Fones Zone by GiffGaff. Although their website informed me that it would take around 72 hours to respond within an hour my request had been processed and the codes had been emailed to me. Along with these there were easy to follow instructions.

Fast and not too expensive service

My code for a Samsung Galaxy Ace arrived within the 12 hours stated. Foneszone provided accurate information on how to use the code. The whole process worked seamlessly, much better than Three, how said it would take 14 days to send me the code.

The unlock code was received as per the delivery timescales and it works perfectly. For weird reasons the email from fonszone was filered out of my inbox which created a confusion about the status of my phone unlock order.
