Fones Zone 

The cost to umlock my Blackberry was great value and although it took 3 codes the service and support was excellent.

The contact I had with Richard at Fones Zone was excellent he tried to help me in any which way that he could. All the advice he submitted, I tried but we never managed to unlock the phone.
I was promtly (the time between Foneszone saying that I would be refunded and going into my PP account was 3 minutes thats fast)refunded into my Pay Pal Account. I most centainly would have no hesitation in recommending Foneszone.

Recieved the unlock code within a few hours as promised.
Worked first time.
Simple clear instructions. Took a few seconds. My 6 yr old could have done it.
Regular offers of assistance, contact and phone help numbers if any difficulty encountered. Not needed in my case.
Got what I paid for. Satisfied customer.

Not much to say and all good really. I had a KPN sim for Holland and need internet etc (maps especially) for my trips. 20 pounds for the unlock key number and provided it after just a few hours on a Saturday. T-Mobile could not do it over a weekend wanted 14 to 20 days for the HTC desire I have on contract. The foneszone gave worked and the phone now works for calls and internet in Holland with the KPN sim card. On a side note to get internet access you need to enter the APN details in the mobile network settings in Android for your new service provided or only calls will work. If google APN and your provider you should be able to get it that way.

This company took my money, took 10 days to send me any code to unlock my phone and then it didn't work. I sent an email explaining and was sent 3 more 'back up codes' which didn't work either. I told the so called support that i only had 2 attempts left, he sent me one more suggestion and it still never worked! I asked for my money back and they told me i'd need to send them photographic evidence of my phone in about 6 different screens to prove it hadn't worked!
I'm still £13 down and my phone is locked. Fones Zone is a rip off DON'T USE IT!!

I made the order and within a few hours I recieved e-mails asking for a few details to enable the order to be completed, all with simple to follow instructions to find the required info on my handset.

4-8 days was the suggested delivery time, and on the fourth day my code was delivered, once again with simple to follow instructions and my handset was up and running once more, could not fault the service and communication.

we received the code less than 24 hrs after ordering it, easy to use. All in all a great service

I bought a service to unlock my mobile phone, and followed the instructions which were straightforward, but I needed further data from fonezone.co.uk which was provided promptly and without fuss.

My phone was successfully unlocked and I felt guided and supported by fonezone.co.uk at every step along the way.

I was looking on google for all the site that can unlcok my Black Berry 8900
I cam across foneszone via a video, so i started my homework by reading the feedback from other customer about this company and I found out that they are really profesional and the are the best on what they do.
my network was T-mobile and when I moved to Saudi Arabia, i found out that I can't use my phone so I contact foeszone and they did unlcok my phone with in 24 hr.
they are great and trustworthy. so if you plan to do a transaction with them ....
you should do it...

The first number i received failed to work BUT, within 6hrs the company had provided me with a way of unlocking my phone. Any company would of had the same trouble with the normal unlock code, but i dont think many companys would of been so quick in finding a solution.

Received the Unlcok code within 24 hours. Had to boot up the phone with the sim card in. then input the 8 digit code, and hey presto succesfully unlocked at first attempt. Had tried another provider before, but they couldn't deliver, should have gone straight to foneszone, will in future. Recomend to all, fast reliable service. Well done. Eric

Received first set of unlock codes (and easy to follow instructions) very quickly unfortunately they didn't work. However a support request was answered promptly and a second set of unlock codes was received fairly quickly and suceeded in unlocking my phone.
Total time to unlock phone 3 days with the main delay being caused by me not realising that my reply to the support response hadn't sent.
Overall very satisfied with the service and much less hassle than and cheaper than the service provided by the network (tesco) unlocking a different handset which took around 3 weeks and mulitple phone calls- wish I'd used foneszone for both now!

Easy, professional and helpful service. I requested an unlock code on a Saturday morning and the code was received by lunchtime. It took a further 10 seconds to enter the code in my mobile, as per Foneszones instructions, and my 'phone was unlocked.

Yes, there are cheaper sites, and sites explaining how to unlock your mobile by downloading software, but why risk getting locked out of your mobile completely, or getting scammed with codes that do not work correctly.

Foneszone is simply the best and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent customer service. I stupidly did not read the instructions properly but this was not the fault of FonesZone and didn't have the original SIM card. Please make sure you have the original card otherwise the unlock will not work.

Received my unlock code well within time scale. I was very impressed with the options given should the phone not unlock on first attempt and on what to do if your phone freezes. Would definitely recommend Foneszone.

I have just unlocked 2 phones through foneszone, my Orange Rio and my Husband's Blackberry 8900. I received the codes the same day as ordering and got a discount for the second phone unlock. Mine unlocked first attempt using the straightforward instructions and code provided. The Blackberry didn't unlock with the codes provided, but after contacting foneszone online, they promptly emailed back with further info needed from us and once this was given, they emailed a new code which worked. I would definitely recommend foneszone and use them again if the need arises.

Googled around a lot unsuccessfully for unlocking this model phone. Eventually found the FonesZone website which was very clearly laid out.
It gave immediate confirmation that my phone was covered and that a refund would be made if they couldn't offer a code. The terms and conditions were fair and they offered the protection of paying by PayPal.

The cost was slightly high, but they offered a reasonably quick service.
After payment the feedback given was that the unlock code might be delayed by the approaching weekend (this was Friday AM). However, the code was delivered within the time originally promised on the website.
There were lots of e-mails to report progress, one of which was the unlock code.
I logged in to get the specific instructions for my phone. The model wasn't listed, so I used the 'other models' instructions and powered up the phone with the 'new' SIM card installed. The message on the phone was 'Network Code' and a flashing cursor, slightly different to the instructions. I entered the supplied code and the phone showed the message 'Network Code Passed'.
It subsequently reported the 'new' network.
I checked out the phone and it made and received calls perfectly, read the contacts list from the SIM, and worked in every other way I checked.
