Fones Zone 

Much better and easier experience than I could have imagined

Followed instructions by email to unlock Samsung Tocco Lite and a quick email to customer services solved a slight problem (last option 3 worked for me - was requesting an SP code with a hash at end). All done within 45 mins. Local mobile shop had to send our other Tocco Lite away to be unlocked (at a cost of £25!). Would definately recommend to a friend.

I was unsure about using them but decided to give them a try, I am happy i used them.Got my unlock code within my estimated period without any hassle.

I've now used foneszones twice, once to unlock a new HTC Windows Mobile phone and once to unlock a new Samsung Android phone. Both times the code was with me within the hour and the codes worked with no problems.

Fonezone were very efficient - the instructions did not work exactly for me but it was easy to solve that minor issue. The service was excellent but I did think it was a bit expensive.

Well, I couldn't unlock my phone, but I was certainly well pleased with all my dealings with 'foneszone'. Email help and advice was quickly turned around, and when it came to the realization that it wasn't going to be possible to unlock, then the refund was most speedily made.

Great service, fast and easy instructions to unlock my blackberry, i used other website before but they just fooled me. i paid and i got a fake code but when i used Foneszone they got me the right code and with easy to follow instructions and in two hours my phone was unlocked, i certainly can recommend them

A very helpful and responsive company. I had problems with the code sent at first, a couple of emails and a video of the problem soon discovered my phones software needed updating. This done code worked first time. Foneszone is a company i would recommend to others.

I was reluctant at first when I thought about getting my phone unlocked online. However, Fones Zone showed that they where not only incredibly fast (1 day), but also cheaper than some of the high-street phone shops. All in all, Fones Zone offered a reliable service which I can recommend.

Had a phone in which a different sim had been inserted and resulted in the Phone Freeze message. Account and number had been moved from the original sim due to upgrade. Bought the unlock code on line from Foneszone and it arrived with the unlock and unfreeze codes. Followed the instructions on their website and the phone is now unlocked. Simple.

This is a really excellent service for unlocking your phone. I had some issues, but the customer service is fantastic and it was sorted swiftly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to unlock their phone for a reasonable price.

Fones Zone were very fast to deliver me an unlock code with clear instructions on what to do. When this didn't work, I contacted customer services and the speed of support was very fast, with very clear instructions given on some quite complicated processes to get everything working. The end result - my phone is unlocked :) I'm a happy customer.

Unlocking my phone was not easy but with Fones Zones and their personal touch made it possible.
