Just use JustEat

I've never had a good experience ordering from here. The first time my boyfriend and I ordered food off of Foodora, it was from a bagel shop that immediately called us to tell us that they were out of bagels and would have to put our food on regular bread. It was the middle of the day, so we thought this was strange, but not a huge problem. When our sandwiches arrived, the ingredients inside the sandwiches were inedible. The avocado was rock hard and everything just tasted bad. This isn't Foodora's fault, I know, but their followup was extremely underwhelming. When we reported the incident to their customer service department, I got an email a few days later that essentially said, "sorry you had a bad time, wanna try your luck ordering again?" No refund, no voucher, nothing. So flash forward to today, there was a light rain outside so we decided to order delivery. Everyone else in our area had the same idea, so our usual sites like JustEat and Deliveroo were swamped and not taking new orders. I suppose the only reason Foodora wasn't is because everyone realizes what kind of experience you're bound to get with them. So we ordered our food, and their order tracker said 45 minutes. A few minutes later, it says 79 minutes. Great. So we sit and we wait as the order tracker ticks down and then it just dies. We get a call from them, saying that they cancelled our order due to inclement weather. For a light drizzle, from a restaurant 5 minutes away by car? I've never had this much hassle to go through when ordering from JustEat or Deliveroo. Do yourselves a favor and look for other delivery services that aren't so wishy-washy.

Rude customer service

Rude customer service! The lady I was chatting with for help, was suddently cutting me of before I got my answer to continue my order. Their system was not working with a non italian phone number even though she said so. So I did not get any food ordered, even after more than an hours waiting time chatting with her. She was also very bad at english, so it was not a conversation that made much sense. Can defiantly not recommend them as a good delivery company!
