Never received my clothes SCAMMER I need my cash back my granddaughter order they are FAKE

This company is a fraud 😒 do not order anything from them... you will not get hour merchandise. I'm glad I only ordered one thing to try them out. I still have received my merchandise and you can reach them.

This company is a fraudulent scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered on 2/4/2025. When I did not receive my items (Stitch Breathable toy) I received an auto reply. When I reached out again for a refund. I recon reply. When I clicked on the link to store, website is no longer available. It’s horrible how instagram allows companies like this without vetting them first. Shame on IG.

I wish I had come to trust pilot before buying. Luckily I haven’t spent a lot of money but it’s been a few weeks since my order was made and still haven’t received the items. I have sent three emails and have had exactly the same response that items are being prepared. I am trying to get refunded but they are not acknowledging my request.

I strongly suggest you do NOT purchase from this company!

I placed an order January 24, and waited and waited, then wrote to ask for status to receive the ‘cordial’ email reply then another after my second check up. They stopped responding when I asked to cancel my order and refund me my money!! What I don’t understand is how social media apps do not block them after all these negative reviews!!
Stay away!!!

Customer service is horrible. I placed an order Dec 7, and by Dec 18 it still had not even been prepared or ready to ship. Each time I sent in a chat checking status the response was quick (within their 12 hour promise to respond) and cordial. But on Dec 17 I realized my order was not going to be delivered before Christmas so I sent in a cancellation request - with no response. So I sent again each day thereafter and got no response. No one answered or even acknowledged my chats (you never get a human agent) or my emails to the rep who responded "cordially" about status of order. I would never trust this company for any order again.

Do not buy anything from this company. I’ve wait 8 weeks and ask for a refund and the are ignoring all emails and call.

I ordered their 2 in 1 eazy scrubber brush on September 15th. I opened the package and it looked like parts had been used. Dirty handles, black marks on the rubber part. Very cheaply made. I emailed them 2 days ago and of course…no response. I could go to the dollar store and buy something similar and a better quality. By the looks of it, we’ve all been scammed.

A quick response to email inquiries using an obvious generative AI tool is the only positive. Foodypopz takes your order and your money and then takes weeks to ship it from China until you contact them. Influencers showing the 2 in 1 easy brush as effective must be using something else. This thing is not worth the money or even the trouble to return. I will not purchase from this company again.

Same thing like everyone. Pathetic company. I m trying to get a refund , they say get in touch , they haven't replied in 10 days now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM- SCAMMERS

I have emailed 3 x requesting information about my order placed 10 days prior with no tracking. They do not reply so had to dispute charges. No customer service for crappy cheap items

I ordered a mini chopper. They then sent an email saying there had been a failed delivery due to wrong address and provided a phone number for the courier company so I could rearrange. The phone number put me through to an answer machine message in Chinese!!!! They have not responded to any emails or issued a refund. Fraud. Don't use this site.

I ordered a product which was needed by a specific date. It wasn't arriving. I sent an email to cancel. They replied that it would be sent soon. I replied again that I needed to cancel the order because the item was no longer needed. They ignored that and then sent the item. I disputed it with Paypal. Food Popz ignored me, but responded to Paypal. Big surprise. So, Paypal did nothing. Do not buy from this company. It is legitimately a scam.

Do not use this company. I made a huge and expensive mistake ordering a mini printer from them. 1) it was not the bargain it appeared as the 'printer' contained no paper 2) the delivery was horrendous. I ony got it sent at all because I contacted paypal as had no contact details for company 3) it finally arrived a week after the occasion so no longer needed it but had no info inside re address, return details. By now PayPal had closed the case and I now own a useless mini printer. I am over £60 out of pocket as fortunately Amazon saved the day with a better printer with paper for my niece which was delivered next day in time for her birthday.

This business is horrible! I ordered something that took forever to get here with many communication with their support team email, that was no help. When I finally got the item, it didn't work and I immediately emailed the support email to find out how to return my order. Crickets! Nobody has gotten back to me. I've emailed twice. They got back to me promptly when I was inquiring about when I would get the order, but now that I want to return it they don't answer me. There is no phone number that I can find to contact this company. Do not buy from them. They're a joke!

Wasn't really a customer as I got in the Loop Of Hell trying to check out BUT from the looks of the reviews It probably saved me from the order from hell! TY!!

Ordered a pizza loader 3 weeks before Christmas as a present. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and upon arrival it was broken and torn, with no box or instructions so completely useless. They never answered my complaint emails or even responded so I can't return it (it came from China!). Total rip off. Avoid!

Don’t buy anything from this company. They took my money and I never received a thing. They don’t respond to support emails.
