These folks are straight up criminals. Do not deal with them.

I can't believe a business like this exists, let alone ranks high on Google.

I ordered a product, and after six weeks, I received an email asking me to pay for shipping. When I called just to ask why the shipping wasn't billed at the time of purchase, the person on the phone became defensive and said it was written on the invoice. When I asked where, he pointed me to one sentence buried in the middle of a full-page explanation.

I said this felt like a clearly deceptive way to charge customers, and he got angry and said, "Shut up, I'll cancel your order."

The whole conversation felt like something out of an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. I honestly don't know whether to be angry or laugh.

I paid for two water filters $300 and they never arrived. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. The second time I called to find out about delivery the person on the phone got hostile and started screaming and yelling at me.

This company deserves no stars. Their customer service was terrible from start to finish. I ordered a product with no mention of shipping fees during checkout, and my email confirmation also showed no shipping charges. Then, four weeks later, they contacted me asking to pay additional shipping fees that were equal to one-fifth of the product’s cost. When I called to clarify, the representative was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional.

Total scam , ordered a part from their website 8 months ago paid in full , then fed me a story that the item is backordered, no longer responding to my numerous refund requests. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before ordering.

Please save yourself some time and DO NOT order from this fraudulent website. When you call customer service it seems they are in a call center in India. I've already filed a chargeback with my CC company and ordered elsewhere. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Edit 04/10 : After not hearing from them for almost 3 weeks, I filed a report with Paypal, and got refunded right away. As soon as I did the report, I received 3 emails from Taps Depot saying that my order was ready and bla bla... Do NOT waste your time, buy from a reputable store.

Taps Depot got my attention due to its competitive prices and comparable delivery times. All was as advertised!

This company should be shut down. They should not be allowed to process a payment through credit cards. They are SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS, and should be avoided at all costs. Don’t learn this for yourself. Just STAY AWAY!!!

Total scam operation. They have a wonderful website but once they get your money it's hard to get a product. I paid close to $2,500 for a shower glass and after shipping it I received a two packages that were damaged including the glass. Obviously had been opened. Of course they have a no refund policy which is in itself illegal. I encourage you to report to consumer protection as well as the BBB. Of course they will try to blame us on the shipper, but it's obvious that it was sent this way. He obviously pays to have his Google reviews removed as well so you don't get direct feedback when you're ordering. Unfortunately, if you are like me, you don't notice the warnings until you investigate a bit more once you see there are going to be problems.

This is a SCAM business. DO NOT order anything from them. Promises of prompt delivery evaporate after you pay. They make excuse after excuse, claim to never refund and eventually if you wait months to get a product, it will not be what you paid for. It’s not a business, it’s a pure scam run by conman Sam Ramandi out of his run down rental that he is getting evicted from for not paying rent.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS “BUSINESS” IN ANY WAY.

I wrote a review before about not receiving my product in months, nothing but excuses, and no refunds. I finally got a random product in the mail from them that isn't even what I ordered. Emailed three times since and no response. I will be contacting Visa and reporting them for fraud. Do not shop here

I'm only writing this to get free shipping from them. It's been over a month since I ordered a shower head and they finally contacted me. I won't use them again. I still don't know what quality of shower head I'll be receiving from them.

Had a hard time finding a cistern replacement part and found Tapdepot's online store. They sourced the part and shipped to my home.

I have been looking for shower part for long. I tried all reputed plumbing supplier but I did not find the part. I found all the valve and trim at Taps depot. The ordering online is easy and price was less than other online option( outside Canada) . I have two more showers to repair. I will order again

I bought a Toto face plate for my hanging toilet. It showed up not OEM and pieces broken.

They tried to blame the shipper but it was obviously broken before shipping happened.

They agreed to reimburse me after providing proof. It cost me $35 to ship it back and today, 1 month later, I receive the item back as they didn’t accept the shipment.

DO NOT buy anything from these scam artists!!!

Stay away from this company. I ordered an expensive towel bar and they sent me a cheap knock off from a company on Amazon. Plus, they didn't specify any shipping costs and when they were ready to ship, they tried to bribe me with free shipping of $29.95 if I give them a 5 star review. That alone made me very suspicious. I paid the shipping fee. After many emails back and forth, I even returned the wrong towel bar to them at my cost and they never acknowledged receipt. Thank God, my CC company reimbursed me after calling this in as a fraudulent transaction.

buyer beware. All sales are final and, contrary to the Consumer Protection Act, you will only be told shipping costs after you have bought the item. Before you order an item, it says, "We'll notify you of any shipping costs before processing your order shipment." That misled me to think they would tell me shipping costs before they processed my order.

Because their site said, GET FAST DELIVERY. 1-3 DAYS FOR STOCK ITEMS, even though the item was more expensive than Home Depot, I ordered it. Now their site says, "Get fast shipping & delivery". Also, since I ordered the item, they have updated their product page to "USUALLY" ship within 1-5 business days.

I thought my order was a stock item because of the green STOCK label on the product page. Although they have changed the product page that I ordered so that when you click on the item description heading, it gives all the information about special order and final sale, this information is not on their other product pages.

Unless an item is in stock, their delivery is slow. Order placed on July 22. When I asked to cancel the order on July 30, I was told it was being prepared for shipment from their warehouse. On August 1, after I threatened to file a dispute claim on my credit card, I was given free shipping. On August 6, I was told it had been shipped the week before from the Maxx warehouse. I received the item on August 19. I ordered the same item from Home Depot on July 30 and received it on August 8.

I prefer no star. I ordered a soap dispenser on November 15, 25. When I received the delivery on January 7, 26, the product was in wrong colour. I contacted them for the exchange, they ignored me. I believe that I shall lose $99 in this purchase. So disappointed.

Horrible company! Scam artists, state item ships in 7-21 days. It’s over 35 days and no sign of my product. I asked for refund and got the “we don’t allow ANY refunds.” Do NOT ever order from this company.
