Best weekend of my life. Highly recommend.
Best weekend of my life.
Pro's:
The guide, Matt, was excellent, took us to the bars in Brussels, Dusseldorf and Amsterdam, and even cut his night short in Brussels just to make sure one of our mates got back alright who was feeling ill. If we ever had any questions, he would have the answer, and if he didn't, he would find out for us very quickly.
The yellow wall in Dortmund, I can't even put into words how amazing this was. The atmosphere was incredible, and we had no issues whatsoever with getting tickets and getting into the ground. We had to split into 2 groups, but that's to be expected. Very grateful that they kept as many of us together as possible.
The Feyenoord game was also great, though it doesn't even compare to Dortmund. Again no issues getting in, and we were all sat near eachother.
The minibus was great, plenty of room for 15 people and tables at the back for playing cards if you wanted too. FIFA was on the bus too, it was FIFA 17, but it still helped pass the time when travelling. You can link your phone via Bluetooth to play music through the whole bus. We got lots of beer provided by the company and stored in a fridge, and plugs incase people want to charge their phones.
You can make journeys on this bus for 8 hours and it will feel like 2. Easy to create a good atmosphere with music, FIFA and a lot of banter.
Con's:
The driver was sometimes a bit miserable. There were times when people in our group would be desperate for the toilet, after driving for hours drinking beer, and the driver wouldn't stop. You have to be prepared to stop when the customers want too, especially if you're providing beer.
On the Sunday, we actually left the Feyenoord game early, so that he could take us to Amsterdam and get to his hotel room sooner, purely for his benefit, and he still denied us a toilet break. Some of the lads were also a bit put off by his driving style.
The communication from the company was appauling. Quite a few of us emailed and messaged on Facebook many times within two weeks of the trip and got no response. I actually got blocked by the Facebook page, just for asking about our trip. This is why this review isn't on facebook. We were all very worried the trip was cancelled. Everything on the trip was excellent but we could've done without the stress beforehand.
Overall this trip was incredible and well worth the money. I would definitely book this trip again and would 100% recommend it to anyone considering it. The guide and the overall experience is something else. You'll never experience an atmosphere quite like the yellow wall. If they could improve their communication with the paid customers, and maybe get the drivers to lighten up a bit, it would be absolutely perfect!

Stag Do Weekend
Went on Stag Do September 27th.
Pros.
Guide 5/5 - Our guide Matt was fantastic couldn't fault him one bit. He showed us out every night and recommend where to go. He organized the hotels and tickets every day without any hastle. I genuinely couldn't praise him more.
Tickets 5/5 - Tickets where in ideal locations including the YELLOW WALL which I can't put in to words how amazing that was. Also they try get you close together which is ideal.
Hotel 5/5 - Modern 4* hotels everything you could ask for.
Coach 5/5 - FIFA on board, free booze tables at the back, comfy and air-conditioned. What's not to love?
Value 5/5 - £699 sounds alot of money but I feel for what we got it was worth every penny and more.
Cons.
Communication ⅕ - The communication from FRT was few and far between you'd send 5 or 6 emails and get 1 response 2 weeks later. No phone number to contact.
Driver ⅕ - Did his job just about. Wouldn't take us out at night (even one day when we left the game early for him). Constant bad attitude. Wouldn't stop even if we'd been driving a long time. Overall a very poor job from him.
Conculsion
Overall ⅘ - A very very good experience something that I will never forget and will always remember. If you're thinking of booking a trip DO IT. If they iron out the above issues it would be absolutely perfect and for the price it's a bargain.

Amazing experience - 100% recommend
Amazing experience! Once in a lifetime opportunity to be in the ‘Yellow Wall’ at Dortmund. Highly recommended for all football fans. Great trip so far with Amsterdam and Rotterdam still to come; featuring Feyeenord and FC Twente.
It cannot be put into words how amazing this trip has been

I Went on a trip with these Recently to Dortmund and Ajax and it was incredible! All guides were helpful and enjoyed the party with us. Dortmund was phenomenal especially! The owner even joined us and it was a brilliant experience I’ll never forget! I went on my own and had the time of my life! Definitely looking at doing it again in future! Thanks FRT

Went on a trip in April with FRT
Went on a trip in April with FRT. What an AMAZING experience! 4 days of great fun, with really top end hotels and a really comfy bus. The best bit though was the yellow wall. FRT got us into the wall and MY GOD it was incredible. Shame they don't seem to sell to the UK anymore as they are based in Asia now, otherwise we would book on again. Thanks Football Road Trips!! 🙂

I’d give it no stars if I could!
I’d give it no stars if I could! Couldn’t be more helpful when you was booking and paying them money then went all quiet! Spoke to the managing director a few weeks before and told me the Ajax tickets had to be sent back and was promised another game to be told on the coach we were going on a museum tour! Judging by the other reviews it’s not the 1st time they have cancelled Ajax so I’m guessing they never have them in the 1st place! Like someone else mentioned they are making interest off people’s money. I paid 200 odd more than some on my bus as well which isn’t right! Not to mention the tour guide still hasn’t been paid and the buses have no PlayStation and we run out of beer! Absolute disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!

DON’T BOOK WITH THESE
Terrible company, don’t even think about booking with them. Sure they just make money off interest from the bank. Similar to other reviews, taken our money then 6 days before told us they’re cancelling. So glad it was cancelled though looking at other reviews! Great idea but obvious the company can’t deal with the demand! Lost out of train fares and other things we’d already paid for. Stay clear guys, you have been warned, they’ve obviously taken reviews off facebook for a reason!

Awful trip if I'm honest paid for 2…
Awful trip if I'm honest paid for 2 games Dortmund and ajax we got in the Dortmund game after about 2 hours of searching for another guide that had the tickets .
The ajax game they cancelled on us and offered a museum tour instead !!!!!
1 morning the guide didn't show up at the pick up point so after a hour we had to search for him . He was fast asleep in his hotel room .
The luxury coach with TV's and playstation on had none of it on !! Dont book with theses !! Think they only do Asia trips now hopefully this will be seen over there .

Seriously, avoid this company
Booked with them to go away at the end of March. They cancelled the trip a week before because they "couldn't get tickets to the Ajax game". You really couldn't make it up, a football road trip that can't get football tickets. When I first booked with them they were really friendly and couldn't be more responsive. A different matter when things started to go wrong. They don't respond to emails, refuse to call you back and kept hold of the money we'd paid for over 5 weeks. Funnily enough the money was paid back on the day I served the company with a Statutory Demand. I'm guessing they don't want to have their business wound up. The chap who ownes the business clearly spends all of the incoming money on himself and neglects to invest in the business, choosing to gal avant around the world on other peoples hard earned money which he's conning them out of. I honestly wouldn't go within a mile of this "business" ever again. Absolute bunch of clowns from top to bottom.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Our parties road trip was due to leave on Friday 12/04/19 only to be told on the Wednesday late afternoon that it was cancelled. As we were coming from Scotland, we had booked train tickets to London for our early Friday departure, so we are out of pocket for £250 in train tickets. Tried calling the office and emailing, no response. Luckily we booked on a credit card, however the train tickets are not covered and we cant get a hold of Football Road Trips to get this money back. Terrible, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Worst customer service I have ever
Worst customer service I have ever in countered. Booked to go away for my 30th only for it to be cancelled 2 weeks before it was due to leave. Very responsive when taking booking and payment but full of lies and rather rude after cancelling trip.do no awnsers calls or emails after cancelling trip.blocked from there facebook page for questioning why my refund wasn't giving in line with there T&C and for stating legal action would be taken. I managed to find and get in contact with other groups from the same trip to find they have been telling us all contradicting stories to why the trip was cancelled. Was promised a full refund within 2weeks so I could book something else. More lies. Waited there 60days as stated in there T&C (trading standards confirmed is ILLEGAL to hold a refund such length of time) still no refund. Only received my refund after going to Manchester United who they are affiliated with to share my customer experience. Surprise surprise next day refund was in my account on day 69. If they don't accept credit card don't book. You have no protection or guarantee over funds paid.
