Disgusting service and company, do not use them !
Booked and paid for tickets for Ars v Man C over a month ago for me and my son to go, first game my 10 year old son , they emailed me a day before saying the tickets I purchased were no longer available, and offered worse seats but at the same price!
After many emails complaining I decided to get a refund. Basically they never actually have the tickets they advertise and attempt to source them a day before the game
Ignore there terms on the order when you buy as although as a customer your not allowed to cancel/change/refund, its apparently fine for them too do this!

Great job and communication. I was given tickets for the match Tottenham - Arsenal. There was a south stand, as I requested. Impressions of a lifetime, despite the defeat. Many thanks.

Communication was excellent, kept me in the loop for ticket delivery. Information re procedure for entry excellent. Sadly, our match was a no score draw!

Never again, charged at least double face value.

Seat was half decent although at the emirates it’s hard to find a bad seat.
I didn’t receive e ticket (screenshot) until 5 hours before the event even though promised I would have received it with in 2 hours of purchasing.

The e ticket was very clearly a screen shot.
Along side the e ticket came a worrying email asking us to lie about where we got the ticket from.

You’re a guest of the member - Should you have any need to speak with a steward/official inside the stadium, then please state that you are a guest of the member whose ticket you are using (the members name may or may not be displayed on the ticket) or that you just received them from a colleague from work.
Choose your words - at no point should you state that you purchased your ticket online or through an Independent Ticket Agency as this may result in you being denied access to the Stadium.
No away fans allowed in the home section - please be aware that people with home tickets are forbidden in any way to support the away team in any way, we are not held responsible for any complication resulted from irresponsible behavior: no cheering, do not wear away team Jerseys, caps, scarves, or team colors.
Groups - do not enter the stadium in groups of more than 2-3 people, it is advised that there will be at least one adult English speaker on the group and that all group members will acknowledge these instructions
No Bags and carry alongs - due to security checks it is advisable NOT to bring bags, computers, umbrellas, suitcases, backpacks, or belt pouches to the stadium as this can lead to long delays entering the stadium.
Emergencies - for emergencies or if you face any problem, DO NOT go for stewards or box-office. Instead, call us or use our online chat support and we will assist ASAP. Use your order number to identify yourself. It is important that you will contact us on time and give us the chance to assist - as many times we’re able to solve problems and assist quickly.”

All in all very unprofessional, and over priced.

Taking advantage of fans by doubling or tripling tickets and then making you feel like your doing something wrong is not okay.

It was great to experience the atmosphere of the game. By, following the instructions given by you guys I had no problem in entering the game.

Bought tickets for arsenal v Fulham came via email on the Friday as promised no problems whatsoever live chat was helpful will use again was put off by some negative reviews but I had no problems 2 tickets ordered side by side delivered John brookes 5 stars

Everything went well! Only thing i would mention which could have been better is that i had Little concerns at the beginning due to not been messaged 5-10 day or Even 3-5 days before the match like it was metnioned in the Confirmation e-Mail.
At the end i got my ticket 1 day before the Match After i sent an email. The guys were super fast with replying and i received my Ticket and could enjoy the match

Bought 3 Tickets for Liverpool v Crystal palace Match
Upper Tier, at the back but had a great view. Received tickets the day before by email. Downloaded to our phones and had no problems entering the stadium or finding our seats. highly recommend Footballtickethome and will use it again

Bought tickets from this "company" in December for Spurs - Arsenal game for January. The game was postponed till May. Was told that we would be able to use the same tickets for the game. What a lot of rubbish. Was persuaded on a few occasions that it is safe to plan travel and book hotel and everything will be ok. Never got my tickets, massively disappointed husband who had them from me as a Christmas present. Had refund in the end ( had to hassle a few times to get my money back), was promised 20% credit voucher - never happened.
Don't deal with this people if you want to get to the game. Too much stress and lies.

Fantastic service from the agent on chat and the follow up agents. They took a punt on us as customers as we did on them as suppliers and they came through 100%. In this day and age of scammers, these guys are the real deal and most importantly, they are trustworthy. Traveling fans who come in are normally coming from overseas spending funds they have saved for many a month and to lose it to scammers is truly heartbreaking. It is honestly comforting to know that there are some genuinely trustworthy people and companies out there. These is a supplier I will gladly use again with confidence and recommendation with full confidence as well.
