I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and playability of the violins I found at this store. From beginner to professional level, they offer a diverse range of options that cater to different skill levels and budgets.

After waiting for an order, since January and being constantly strung along, I received this today from Footes.

‘We have been trying to negotiate the release of your splash cymbal, unfortunately, we cannot get it sent from the distributor (Headstock) unless we settle our entire bill with them, on their insistence ... which is too big to pay anytime soon!
Although, we are in credit with them, many companies are getting nervous about recouping their money owed, during these trying times.’

So I will not use them again as I have no trust in them as it would seem this has likely been the issue for a while now, and yet the repeated correspondence has always been it’s stuck in transit because of international freight issues. Clearly that’s not quite the case, and is certainly not the whole story.

At least I was refunded in full.
