Dissapointed
I originally ordered a drum mat on the 27th April and was faced with having to select next day delivery at £14.95 which was fairly pricey based on vast experience of ordering next day delivery on items.
That was fair enough as I needed the drum mat fairly quickly for a gig I had lined up.
However, I received a notice that the delivery would arrive two days after delivery thus making the price I paid for next delivery pointless. Sadly, it didn't arrive due to alleged carrier issues.
I then wrote an email asking for my next day delivery to be refunded and was told I'd get half back.
The drum mat arrived on the 4th May, sadly too late for the gig for which I'd ordered for.
Very dissapointed and won't be using Footes Music again.
