Five stars, a couple of issues with deliveries but Sam and Rob are easy to deal with and the cymbals, drums and heads I’ve bought have all been good quality and in perfect condition. Issues were resolved without fuss and all in all I’m very happy.

Historically good, but current order failed on 2/3 items.
Historically, service has been very good. Current order part cancelled due damaged stock, 2 items delivered, of which one is the wrong size. No response to 2 emails requesting return label 2 days later - very disappointing.
