Bad Customer Service Experience

Came to ask where my parcel was as the tracking wasn't working and the Customer advisor clearly with no customer service skills. Was so rude "well if you needed it for christmas you should have ordered it earlier".. most places you can do next day delivery i ordered this 4 days ago. I didn't come through for a lecture i came through to find out why my tracking wasn't working and where the parcel was. Christmas is in 2 days. Gelino is the customer advisor

Awful

Sent the wrong size item, I had to reorder it and then after weeks of waiting they said it was out of stock! I went on the website and it was still showing as in stock but triple the price!! Customer service were incredibly unhelpful! Will never purchase from them again, absolutely useless

Awful awful experience

Awful awful experience. Such a shame to see a company I used to love go so downhill. Ordered for my daughter and they have just delayed and delayed and then eventually cancelled the order with no contact and no explanation.

Ordered a Christmas gift

Ordered a Christmas gift. 4 days later they email they are out of stock leaving little time to find a replacement. Not to mention the purchase will hold on my card. The email sent offers no apology for posting inventory they do not have. Then they send me another email "Sorry we had to cancel on you! Here's 25% off!" Like I would ever make another purchase with this company. Online or otherwise.

Enjoy your inevitable fate in bankruptcy.

Avoid avoid avoid

Foot Locker are the worst company I have ever ordered from. Ordered trainers on 8th December and still waiting. I have complained by email three times and spoke to two different customer service people. Both said they would investigate. They first tried to deliver them when I had specifically changed the date as I knew I wouldn’t be in. Then I had a message to so they had been delivered. Didn’t arrive on the 15th December as requested. No email or message to advise when being delivered. My daughter will not be getting her Christmas present if reading all the other reviews are anything to go by!! Terrible company.Avoid avoid avoid!!
I couldn’t put no stars unfortunately They don’t deserve a single one.

They sent me only one of my two orders and didn’t refund my money to me. Never order from them, it’s just pure stress. Not worth it.. Daylight robbery!

Will never buy from foot locker again…

Will never buy from foot locker again if they use dhl as delivery. No attempt at delivery at all went straight to a pick up point. Went to pick my package up and it had been opened in tried to contact foot locker regarding this but their chat bot is useless

Keep away from this company ZERO STAR…

Keep away from this company ZERO STAR but had to add 1 to be able to review don’t fulfil order's and keep your money customer service state 3 days just to let you know if they will refund then a wait if they do refund one of the most incompetent shops you will ever deal with no wonder there stores are always empty KEEP WELL AWAY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM still waiting to hear anything from them and still no refund beyond incompetent

It is unreasonable that the refund has not been issued yet. This lack of professionalism seriously damages your credibility. We expect the refund to be processed immediately.

The continued delay in issuing the refund is unacceptable and has exceeded all reasonable limits. If the refund is not completed immediately, we will have no choice but to take further action to protect our rights.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service – avoid at all costs
Ordered trainers on 8th December as a Christmas present. They never arrived. DHL tracking clearly shows the parcel is missing, yet Foot Locker somehow think this is acceptable.
Tried to use live chat on 17th December – completely useless, no one able (or willing) to respond. Phoned on 18th December and could barely understand the agent because they spoke so fast. Was promised an email. No email ever arrived.
Went back on chat only to be told they will “investigate” for 5–10 days. No refund before then. No replacement sent. Apparently “not their policy”. So now I’m £155 out of pocket and my daughter has no Christmas present.
To make it even better, when I said their policy is a pile of crap (because it is), I was told I’m being abusive and aggressive. Funny how customers are blamed for being upset when a company loses their money and does absolutely nothing to fix it.
Foot Locker take your money instantly, lose your order, hide behind “policy”, and leave you stranded at Christmas.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Never again.

Worst delivery process ever

Worst delivery process ever. DO NOT USE THEM
2nd day in a row we’ve waited at home for our delivery, full view of outside and we have a a loud door bell.

Only to get a message saying they attempted to deliver. We can see every delivery van that drive through our road. No DHL delivery van drove or attempted to deliver to us.

Something needs to be done.

If this courier is unreliable then why use them!!!!!

Would totally give zero stars if i…

Would totally give zero stars if i could. I wish i had read all the poor reviews before ordering an item. I returned something and it was received back over 2 weeks ago. i've called multiple times this week, and as others have said, they said the wait time is over 10 minutes, so they will call you back. Hours later, they call back, and if you miss the call, you have to go through the same thing all over again. Only to be told that they aren't sure why my return wasn't processed and now i have to wait another week to find out any information. There's no urgency since its way past their promised deadline of receiving a refund. just a casual, we have to wait and see what they say. The actual worst customer service I've ever received!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of sneakers, and 15 days later, when I called the store to inquire about my order, they told me it wasn't their problem, that FedEx had probably lost my package, and that they couldn't do anything about it. They said they would only give me a refund if I went to the store in person. This happened at the Kids Foot Locker in Westland Mall, Hialeah, but I called the online customer service before and received the same treatment. By the way, in the Foot Locker tracking system, the order appears as pending to receive by the carrier, so they never sent it really

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered trainers to be delivered to house as they didn't have them in the shop to then have an email 2 weeks later saying they couldn't be delivered due to where I live!! Currently fighting to get my money back. Would never shop there again!!
