Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible ethics

UK worst heatwave and this company insult hard working staff (many of which are ex forces) by calling them snowflakes

Gave them one star because I couldn’t give them zero! Poor quality and even worse customer service. The staff there really aren’t very smart!

Amazing quality. Amazing garments great fit, great sizes, fantastic designs. So pleased with the T shirts and hoddies that I purchased I have so many now but there’s always room for more, if you haven’t got one of the T shirts what’s holding you back? thanks guys for an awesome service. The quality is second to none .

Ordered a t-shirt from them recently and tried to contact them about my order. Have sent several emails and have not received any reply. I have no idea where my t-shirt is.

Been awhile since last purchase but twice I've ordered 2 tshirts.
Cracking designs 5*****
Unfortunately they are wear once material.
One wash and they go saggy and lose their shape. I'd rather pay 25 quid for a decent tshirt and get good use.
Writing this cos I found my last one in a drawer after chucking the others away after a couple of washes. Wore it today and its already losing its shape even before a wash. So dissapointing as I like to support ex forces companies but won't buy anymore. The first 2 I just accepted were crap but after receiving an email saying they'd got a new supplier I thought I'd give them another chance but the material's were still sub standard.
I now buy army tshirts from the States much better quality...pay the extra and get the wear.

I order from force wear twice a year and always receive great service.
Clothes are a good fit and wear well.
Definitely worth the money.
Only thing I would add is a free slap/decal with every purchase, but that's just me being greedy.

Absolutely great service.. First time buyer.. the quality was outstanding I bought 2 tops and turned up early... thay through in a buckshe t shirt aswell 👌 ill be coming back again. I've seen some reviews that look bad but seriously give it a go value for money in my eye 😂👁️

I recently placed my first order with Force 10 but unfortunately I was send the wrong item so I tried to ring but everytime its a answer machine so I have left messages and I have emailed them 3 times with no reply back as yet, so unfortunately it's been a bad experience for me. It's a shame because the quality of the jacket is lovely and well worth the price but I was sent a large mens size when I'm a ladies size 8 so slightly too big.

I made a mistake when ordering items, so I contacted forcewear and explained the issue. Forcewear went out of their way to help and sorted the issue immediately. Absolutely great service above and beyond expectations. Well recommended. Good kit too!

Great place to buy brilliant products, have used them numerous times and never had any issues with service or goods.. brilliant site to get those sort of gifts you won’t find in stores anywhere and do good sizes for us bigger chaps.. 👍🏼

Just added this note to my review, as reading other reviews here, I suspect a lot might be fake! As some others have said, the quality is REALLY bad, so how anyone could honestly be happy with paying designer brand money for market stall quality eludes me? Anyway, here’s my honest review …

I was keen to try Force-wear T-shirts, as the designs looked really good! So when they had a recent sale offering T-shirts at around £13 plus posting, I thought I’d give them a try.

Can’t say I was that impressed tbh. Whilst delivery was within a few days, the quality of the t-shirt was nothing to write home about, no better than you’d find in Primark for around £5. At the normal asking price then, I’d say these are vastly overpriced …. even at the sale price I felt as if I was a little overcharged!

I then ordered a hoodie/sweatshirt … and it’s here I was most disappointed; in fact, more ripped off! Delivery took a number of weeks and the XL size had to be returned as it was way off sizing of the t-shirts. Quality was DIRE! This is the type of top you’d expect not to buy in at a market store for £10. It’s not even hoodie/sweatshirt material, it’s thin and rough and after washing just feels awful. Forget a nice soft hoodie to keep you warm, this is horrible. Ironically, inside the label it says “made from the tears of your enemies" … have to say, I think they were my tears and the enemy weren’t doing anything but laughing! You can by a lovely soft and warm hoodie for £20 from H&M … which will be 10 times the quality at half the price if you factor in delivery.

In summary then … lovey designs, but the quality is shockingly bad and far from being disappointed, you’ll actually feel ripped off! Even if the hoodies were reduced to £10 with free delivery I wouldn’t buy one, they’re that bad. It’s a shame, as the designs are great and I presume it’s a good cause … but I can’t see these guys getting much repeat business with the quality and price of their offering.

First time I've Ordered and I got 7 t-shirts from them and all I can say is really good quality t shirts and fantastic designs...definately 100% will be buying more in the future..ordered late Sunday and arrived early Tuesday so quick delivery

Quite disappointed tbh....these t-shirts are £21 each and their 50p/£1 fruit of the loom cheap gear with print on letters and logos.
I'm also disappointed that their using veterans as a way to punt this stuff out to extort the working man/woman.
Can't believe I've paid £60 odd quid for market t-shirts 🤯.
Won't be using these lot again I tell ya.

Top quality hoodie, great fit, properly recommended!!!!!

Have bought 4 or 5 t-shirts from here over the last few months. All have been excellent quality. Nice soft but sturdy material. The designs make any casual outfit look top dollar
